I love everything you just said because I suffer with a lot of anxiety and a little depression and I guess I overthink too much when actually wanting to take action and end up procrastinating instead to avoid the idea I have that I want to take action on. Its sad but its true but watching this video has made me realize that I should stop over thinking about everything whether it be what people will think about me or whether or not my idea is a waste of time and I wont be great at it and instead I need to just start taking more action instead and accept the fact that this is a process and success doesnt happen overnight.
