Its not an easter egg but I guess its worth mentioning. At bor near the radio tower theres a christian cross in the memory of a female Dayz player who died. The cross was placed where she last logged out... it was a very nice thing from the Devs.
I see RavPlays, I watch, I like. Thank you for your awesome videos! I definitely want to see another Easter Egg vid! I know the devs put a ‘ Killer Santa’ on the old maps about 7+ years ago on Christmas Eve, it would fly around the map and kill you if you weren’t careful, but if you killed it, you would score some good loot. I want to say that’s the origin of the Creepy Santa, but I’m pretty sure he was there before that event. More likely an inside joke for the devs, as they would be able to scroll through the map using bird’s-eye view, and I would guess one of them was trying to get a laugh out of the others. They probably left it as an homage to the very beginning of DayZ when it was still more an Arma mod than a standalone game.

This might be an easter egg but in livonia just east of lembork and west of karlin were the main road meets a dirt road beside the heli crash site spawn in the bushes leading up to the lembork military base there is a pile of deer bones(loads)..its well hidden and would be nearly impossible to find. I’m going off memory bc it’s been a while since I’ve been over there, but I remember seeing lift chairs and the big conveyor that is designed to carry them up/down the hill. That’s all I can remember atm, thought it was kinda cool when I came across it. Great video once again Rav!

Did you know treaure chests spawn on the beach and have high tier loot in them? They are underground so dig up with shovel and look for the patch spots on the ground.

My theory on the gen statue.... the Arma crew were defending it then the DayZ crew snuck in, stole it, loaded it into a truck. Broke down along the route to base so had to stash the statue. After 6 guys carrying it to the stash in the woods, they decided against doing that again and its safest in the woods. Lol. A fun theory anyway.

So it will probably be general Ramirez or just simply random formal chernarussian general but nothing links it to Guba neither the statue nor the chernarus.

Beyond just base building, cool ass fire fights, and an amazing devoted community I think the Lore behind DayZ is something not many people have covered. If you can please do so I feel like there's so much to cover. Seeing as how there are signs that both Nato and Russian armies were part of the whole zombie outbreak as there are many vehicles and other zombie soldiers.

The English graffiti can be explained using Arma 2's lore, where the map of Chernarus comes from originally. There was a civil war going on in Chernarus between the NATO-backed Chernarus Defense Forces (CDF) and the Russian-backed Chernarus Movement of the Red Star (ChDZK). US Marines were deployed during this time. And if we are to assume the virus started during this war (as evident by all the destroyed APCs, tabks, etc.), who's to say that some of those Marines weren't holding out for a while? Maybe they eere beginning to lose hope.

I saw the giant easter egg while running towards nwaf a while back, since I was down by its feet it looked just like really weired trails all over the field but I thought it looked like a person. I also have seen all the other easter eggs except the swans and first rock circle but this video brings back great memories.
A lot of walls of buildings and houses in cherno and zelleno have a shadow picture of Joseph Stallins face on them. Hard to tell what they are unless your looking directly at them and see the face.

Hey I have a DayZ Myth I am convinced is not a myth if you want to try it out ? So when a Zombie is in a Bush or a Tree, Or in a Doorframe they seem to take much more of a beating, do the bush branches and Door frames stunt the Damage mulitpliers ?
This is true, i'm guessing it "thinks" that you are wallbanging the zombie when in reality you are just punching it in a bush. I'll try to get to the bottom of it in my next tips video.

And so I used to assume these tough bastards would at least have good loot on them but nope. They just yank a beating for a much longer period. I was at tizy and kept passing out from lack of blood and my friend dropped me a blood test kit but we were de-synced so I logged out whilst unconscious to see the item but when I logged back in I was a fresh spawn again and that's when I realized it kills you if you log out whilst unconscious. I made that mistake so you dont have to
Kamensk and troitskoe MB are the same place. It's just coz it's near kamensk milibase that it gets that name but they are the same place, just different name
Both dean zombie and kiwi fruit have been removed... Also, just to finish off the a bit of info, you could never actually get down into that bunker with all the bodies, its always been there and always been like that, HOWEVER! The 3 other bunkers you COULD get down via a ladder were removed, as was the Kamensk caves too. Seems they really are taking it in the battlefield / fortnite direction, if it isn't a new gun ((or sorry, a weapon that was in it at launch in 2013 that they cut and reput back in to make another update XD)) then the team isn't bothered in making it. They know guns, nothing more. I also think the evil santa has been deleted now too, as well as the standing stones ¬_¬.

that is intended, like the plate carrier and pouches. it will stay in game. I think it was intended for the ghillie suit so you'll be able to have at least a small backpack while the ghillie takes up the backpack slot

There's quite alot of unfinished/weird looking things up north tbh, i'd like to see them finish it up.
They moved it up from Tulga where it was close to the coast. Many other locations have been moved like the tents in Myshkino used to be in Balota.

The Santa inside the Chimney is inside that chimney since the very first map version of arma itself. It was a easter egg then and they kept it :)

Both dean zombie and kiwi fruit have been removed... Also, just to finish off the a bit of info, you could never actually get down into that bunker with all the bodies, its always been there and always been like that, HOWEVER! The 3 other bunkers you COULD get down via a ladder were removed, as was the Kamensk caves too. Seems they really are taking it in the battlefield / fortnite direction, if it isn't a new gun ((or sorry, a weapon that was in it at launch in 2013 that they cut and reput back in to make another update XD)) then the team isn't bothered in making it. They know guns, nothing more. I also think the evil santa has been deleted now too, as well as the standing stones ¬_¬.

that is intended, like the plate carrier and pouches.
it will stay in game. I think it was intended for the ghillie suit so you'll be able to have at least a small backpack while the ghillie takes up the backpack slot
