Cause you honestly are doing what every multiplayer gamer has always wanted to do to people that cheat lmao If doing cheater work is no longer fun, why not do proactive moderator stuff wtih the players like 'hide and seek the admin' or other fun ideas involving the admin

The fact that admins can go invisible just makes the sounds of hearing footsteps behind you when you're alone in the woods at night even creepier.
After running servers for years I agree you can tell what players have good headsets 🤣 normally people don't hear us follow

he has wanted to get out of the admin game for a while you have to remeber he has been admining servers for over 5 years maybe more not just on dayz i believe the first time he said he wanted out was 10 months ago when he outted sunnyvale for being the server that unbans cheaters but around that time he also started gaining a bit of notoriety so i can see why he carried it on for aslong as he did.

I wish there were admin punish tools you could deploy before you ban them - like having their gear randomly drop off - or their clothes, or their clips go down to one bullet when they think they are full, or their movements randomly slowed or tied pink balloons to their head when they think they are perfectly disguised and hidden - stuff to have them think what the heck is happening...

Well there's a difference, you can go invis which makes you completely silent, even gunshots etc. but in these videos i wear transparent clothes so cheaters ESP can still detect me :)

is so complicated in these days, i got banned for cheating 1,5 year back and i never was cheating, they put it in the owners ban list and i never can play dayz anymore =] i was dayz lover since 2014
last hope for this game is some better anti cheat, or some "mod" that admins can screenshot players screen, like it was in cs 1.6 public servers

Cheaters are literally the reason I stopped playing these games. getting hunted and repeatedly killed by a person who traveled across the map to keep killing me just caused me to say f it. first week of this game I played a few years ago. never came back. f all cheaters, they ruin games.
