The table runner is super cute and UNIQUE sis!! Love it!!❤
Thank you so much, Tracy. I needed this in my life.
Beautiful wonky squares seem to be my signature square 😂 love the stars . Thank you for sharing. Glad you matched up the binding looks wonderful ❤
I'm in love with your table runner! I need one on my table. Thank you Tracy!
Very pretty 😊
I love a striped binding! If I were to ever design a line of fabric, I would totally include several striped fabrics!!
One of my first quilts was a wonky star! It was so forgiving for a new quilter, and looked great when I was done!
I love getting notifications of a new video! Thanks Tracy!
I enjoy how you make your own patterns. I learn so much from you even without making the project.
This could also be great for Christmas
Thank you for a beautiful runner
Well Tracy .. i was thinking that ive never seen you do a table runner video. I loved this project and i hope you do more tutorials for table runners. Sometimes i only have time for small quick projects.
It turned out beautifully 😊
Miss Tracy!!!! This turned out soooo cute! I have a feeling there will be more table runners in your future cause you knocked this one out of the park. I love it. Looks like I have a project for this weekend. Wahoo. Thanks so much for showing us how to make your first table runner masterpiece. Oh, and I watched closely this time and I’m going to try the 1.75” binding trick. Have a most awesome weekend. 🤗🥰🤗
Woo hoo🎉 Be sure to send me pics if you end up making a table runner🎉❤
@@TheSewingChannel I most certainly will. 🥰
Beautyful, thank you♥️
Great tutorial, Tracy! I have a lot of trouble with negative space, and this was very helpful. Thanks for the inspiration! I needed something to work on for the 4th!!
First table runner? It is awesome.
Yep...first one...and I think my favorite part is how the double batting makes the quilting "POP"💥
Tracy, Absolutely loved this Table Runner, one of the points that really spoke to me was the way you explained your thought’s & reasoning for the size & placement of the table runner. Great into and made perfect sense!
One of the reasons you are my fav!
Thank you Glenda....You are my best encourager for sure❤️
Very Cute! You are so smart🤩
I'm working on a quilt right now that has several pieces of batting scraps, and it is very thin batting, so I added some extra flannel pieces for an extra layer. It is working out great. I also serge mine if I'm going to wash it prevents fraying.
Love it !!!
Hi Tracy! You've done it again! That's so cute! It's going on my to do list! Blessings!
Great table runner! I’d have matched those stripes too! It’s my Grandma talking to me when I made clothing…match those stripes or plaids! 😂
Right!!! I knew right away once I realized they didn't match up that I was going to unpick and match LOL😂
Having them be a little bit wonky is perfect to go with the theme.
Cute table runner Tracy! Love it!
Thanks Fallon❤
Watching the replay. This is fantastic! I love your designs.
This is gorgeous
I made a huge table runner for my sister's table. I used insulbrite with a layer of cotton batting so it serves as a hot mat!
Great idea!
I love woncky stars…. Lots of love, ka…!
Tracy it such a cute runner❤
Thank you so much Betty!!!! Did you ever finish up that coffee from the retreat?
Oh that’s awesome! Thank you Tracy.
*gasp* what a cutie!!!!!
So cute. Awesome job. 🎉❤
😅I love Improv style! It’s how I do most projects including quilts! LOL
Beautiful 😍
Very pretty ❤it
Love it ❤❤❤❤❤
I love it!!
Love it! My favorite color way .❤
Wow I really love this project Tracy but RUclips keeps putting ads in every three minutes so that gets a little frustrating
Well, she has no control over that, but I hated it too, so much that I pay $12 a month for RUclips premium so I never have to watch ads (unless it’s a sponsored video, but at least I can fast forward through those.
Sorry about the ads.....Unfortunately...or Fortunately...it's how RUclipsrs get paid for their content that they make🤷🏻♀
Beautiful Table Runner❤
I love Tracy’s channel & I get a lot of good content from it. So I figure the least I can do to show my appreciation is to watch the ads through so if it helps her keep putting out content for us, I’m all for it.
Just a thought for her viewers.
@@daxxydog5777 please read my comment above, Thank you
Love this table runner! Do have a link or a video about the table you have your Juki on? Tia
My mum has that fabric in her stash also, in Australia 😮. No idea how old it is, but made me laugh. Did you mean nexus (maybe what you meant?) Love the wonky star runner. Hugs, Chel 🌸
Not sure what I meant and why I called it that LOL😂
Hello Tracy,
Greetings from Germany.
I really love your table runner. But regarding the binding I have a question.
When you are lining up the stripes, right sides together, why are they not "fit on the point"? I mean , why do they have some Inches on the top and on the side?
I am looking forward to your answer.
Wsrm regards, Melanie
Great question! That bit of overhang will help with accuracy. Gives you something to "aim" at. Will ensure a perfect miter. If you tried to sew without the overhang you may have one seam allowance that is wonky🤷🏻♀️
I dont 'get' table runners. What are they for?
Just a quilted decoration for your table, coffee table, they can be be any shape, size you want, great way of using up scraps, jelly rolls
I understand...I never really "got them" either....but they sure do make great practice for free motion quilting❤
I think table runners truly bring pretty high lite to your table. Back I the day my mother & grandmother crochet them, now we quilt them.
@glendacrouch1877 they seem to be am American phenomenon
I have one so that my table doesn't get scratched. I use it to put my salt and pepper shakers, gravy boat, vase, and candle on. I use matching placemats and coasters when it is meal time. When it's not meal time, the table runner just looks pretty x
