My body could not comprehend the skullcrusher push ups. I was laying down in position just laughing cuz my body just like "oh no honey that ain't happening"
agreed, skull crusher push up is not humanely possible, i seriously couldnt figure out the logistics of it, so i just watched caroline do it for that portion lol!
After day 1 lower body day, i've realized i really love the upper body day, so refreshing 😂 ty Caroline, also i can't do normal push ups, so i do knee push ups, better than nothing

I work at a gold mine in Western Australia, Im away from home and my daughters for 7 days straight working 12 hour shifts. I stay in a little room at a camp full of thousands but I still feel so alone and my mental health has been struggling, not only that I have struggled with my weight and health for over a decade but then I found you and how you have helped me so much, I will be forever grateful. I just completed this workout and now I can't feel my arms lol I am heading off for a 12hour night shift, wish me luck!! Thanks again, I appreciate you x
So missing Epic already and having completed all 3, I decided to start the series again, wow I have really seen how far I have come, I remember rocking a pair of 3 kg weights and having to press pause multiple times and saying I can't do this, thinking I was going to die!! now this seems like a walk in the park after Epic 2 and heat!!! Wow! Congrats to your progress, I hope I can one day say the same :) I am just starting out with weight training after doing just body weight for too long. Which weights would you recommend for starters? I am at a loss and don't have the money to buy a big range to try out unfortunately.
@@cascata7770 This probably comes too late but don't waste money on low weights. Anything below 2 kilo can be substituted with household items like water bottles. Also, don't buy individual dumbbells but rather stackable/adjustable ones. They aren't even much more expensive than individual ones but offer a wide range. That's my advice on saving money.

Caroline i will try to explane the way I feel.I am 38.I've never love sport.I am not lazy person,I like walking , sometimes riding bicycle,but sport like every day-not.Tried so many times fitness and home workout,but was so boring!I was doing like 4-5 days and that's it.I couldn't feel it.But I lost my energy.My mind was so bored from everything.Like there is no light.And I felt I had to do something,just can't find mine.Than I found you!OMG!I can't believe! It's like I woke up and see new life!Last 2 months I am doing EPIC 1.Even when I have to rest I can't wait next day to continue!I feel alive! Everything because of you!You can't imagine how you changed my life!I have no words to thank you! Be blessed!
I started this program a little over a year ago and had to stop after breaking a wrist. One surgery, a screw, six months in a cast, lots of physio and health issues later, I AM BACK. Thank you for these inspiring workouts! ♥

i convinced my 20 year old son to do this with me this morning before he starts his college studies =) He loved it! day 2 done!! Legs were still crazyyy sore from yesterday's workout but was motivated enough to pull through the entire video today. Couldn't do pushups correctly but I'm super happy I am at least trying to be a better, healthier version of myself. So proud of myself and everyone else who is committing to the challenge!!
Same, I am motivated even if I felt like a half-dead fish flopping around on the floor during most of the push up exercises. I want to keep going, do what I can until the workout it is exhausting to me personally, and hopefully one day I will not look and feel like a fish anymore. And I am also proud of you even if it was 4 months ago now.
After years of parents, friends, and boyfriends telling me not to do weightlifting and pushups because it will give me "bodybuilder" arms, I finally did it and it felt amazing! Thank you so much for this video, I never would have tried it otherwise and it felt so amazing!

Day 2 of Epic journey with you and everyone else. I tried you out a year ago and couldn't manage. After strength training with yoga for a year. I can manage most with modifications on some. You are the best! My legs are recovering and thank goodness for BCAA! If you have lower back issues PLEASE make sure to squeeze your glutes! Love and Light to everyone! You got this!
This was EPIC! My arms are on fire! Love this format and I like to view the percentage bar as my battery charging up for the day, rather than counting down my workout! 10/10 AWESOME
Day two of revisiting this program after the end of Epic Endgame. Cranked out the diamond pushups like nobody's business this time around. :) Glad to have these programs available! Thanks for all you've done over the past two years, Caroline. Seriously got me healthy and fit again.
Doing this program again.....pushups are still my nemesis!! They KILL my wrists and doing them on a dumbbell is just as torturous, but gotta keep on keepin' on! Thank you, Caroline! You're the best 🥰

I must confess that I am addicted to this channel - first thing I think about when I wake up and am excited to discover what Caroline has planned for us today! Day 2, lets go! 💪 ✅9/22 - Whoooo that was intense!!! I still can’t do a skull crusher push-up but I crushed the workout with my 10lbs DB! 💪
I did it.. I went whole video with as heavy weights as Caroline´s... for the first time in almost 2 years that I am training with her... so proud of myself, I can´t wait to do this with even heavier weights! Thank you Caroline, for 2 years your training programs hold my sanity, I am in shape, I am stronger and I am myself more than I have ever been... keep doing this, you are the embodiment of the real body positivity, for me for sure!
I've always been blessed even since I was a child to be able to do push ups. Reading other comments makes me glad I never took that skill for granted, but dang I could barely do a single one by the end of this workout! Thank you Caroline for pushing me to the limit and making me feel strong even at my weakest!
DAY Two REPEAT - I remember doing this first time round with the same mix of 12.5 and 10kg DB and at that stage it was about 50:50 between each weight depending on the movement. Today with the exception Lat and Front raises I stuck with the 12.5. I really think revisiting is so motivational because you see how much stronger you are and how you can battle through all those Push-ups without stopping. This repeat also highlights the improvement in form and control of pace especially on the last set. One thing stays the same..... the pump you get after this session is still awesome. So good Caroline and I still love those Push-ups 💪

Epic day 2 repeated today..the first time the weights were lower and as the timer started to beep the weights were thrown on the floor 😂 I struggled with the push ups and couldn't do most of them on that day. Today the weights were twice as heavy, I worked until the last beep of timer and all push ups were completed....it's amazing that 10 weeks of consistency can make such an improvement....happy days everyone who is back on it whilst waiting for round 2...thank you Caroline your epic program definitely works if followed consistently..👏👏👏👏
I must confess: your workouts are the best beginning of my mornings! I get up at 6 am and feel excited to start my training with you. Would not believe if somebody told me a couple years ago that I can do it. Huge thanks for this impact on my wellbeing and motivation!!!

Just finished Day 2 after finishing the whole EPIC series:). Wasn't easy the second time but push ups have improved significantly. Thanks again Caroline:)
Great upper body workout. I love that no move repeats itself. Keeps you on your toes. I have to admit there were some of the push-up variations that I could not do. Not sure I will ever get off my knees for push-ups but I am proud that I can push out at least 10 of most of them. 66 and still got it!!!
I’m so psyched that I only needed to pause the video once today for an extra break ! My push-ups were modified after the second or third round and almost non existent after the fourth

Caroline is absolutely fabulous!!! No machines or weights that I lift ever made feel so sore and accomplished! The work outs are super fun, energetic, and the fast tempo does not let you stop - just go go go! Her workouts are challenging and definitely do the job. She is definitely someone to look up to and get inspired.
7:33 am here. Did this instead as strangely I found this one more doable for me than the beginner one for today. I couldnt do all the push up sets tho but modified as best as I could. Thanks again!
@@darkdeb4185 Ihear you. I didnt mind the no weights on legs as I have knee issues if I go too hard. I am just happy to have done them....working on my follow through and consistency 🙂
@@Sonjaic I usually have very weak knees. I have my good and bad days. As I have a medical condition this can also affect my joints. I did the Epic upper body just before. OMG....zero strength there lol. I can't do push-ups to save my life so I did them either against the door or bench. i have been doing yoga for well over a year and still can't master chutarunga.

I've done many workouts from other fitness RUclips channels (usually french-speaking influencers, I'm from Belgium 🇧🇪 ), but your workouts are much more effective! I cannot do a full push-up so I'm doing negative push-ups instead, and I know I will gain strength and be able to do a real one soon. I'm so happy I've found your channel! Thank you Caroline! 💪

Oh wow, what a workout...this is getting serious!!! I challenged myself with the weights and that went very well. Therefore I suffered a little in the pushups. I followed your advise, dear Caroline, and put my focus on a few quality ones. And if needed I kept my knees on the ground, still gave me plenty of workout. I found you because of a video post from an incredible strong lady in a fb fitness group and I was curious how she got there in a surprisingly short time. Now I know!!! I love your workout plan and your expertise, which you share so freely. My second week and I am hooked!!! Thank you so much, Caroline!!!
Definitely need a strong core for this workout! I had a difficult time with Caroline's pushup workouts a few weeks ago. Since then I've been working on my core, which has helped a ton! I was able to complete all the exercises for this one! Thanks Caroline!
Yesssss. Smashed it, ok with adequate weight for me and slowly building up. Definitely advancing with the push ups. Not yet the scull crush and diamond version, but I think I will after the 10 weeks !!! And I sure feel my legs from yesterday 🏋🏼♀️ love it !!!

First I would like to say this is my 2 day of the Epic. I truly like how you demonstrated the workout before you start this way I can get the correct form. Thank you for those pushups they were hard but I didn’t give up. The diamond pushups were challenging. Thank you for your dedication. I love you. I will be doing the 3rd until I finish the workout.
I am 100% not going to be able to pick up the kettle to make a cup of tea tomorrow 😂 10 minutes later and my arms are still tingling. What a workout!!!
For the first time I broke a sweat doing upper body! This was intense in an awesome way. I had to modify the push-ups and drop down on weights on some of the moves but it's ok! Tomorrow on to day3

I made it to day 2, my arms feel like jelly and I was in fits of laughter at the fact that I kept falling to the ground, especially when doing push-ups. My arm strength is going to get better and I can't wait until I can do this workout with 8kg (currently using 3kg weights). Thank you again for another beautiful workout and I will see you tomorrow!

Came back to this one after 2 years. Back then I used 3 kg dumbbells and now 6 kg. I have even progressed with the pushups 🎉
Day 2 of Epic journey with you and everyone else. I tried you out a year ago and couldn't manage. After strength training with yoga for a year. I can manage most with modifications on some. You are the best! My legs are recovering and thank goodness for BCAA! If you have lower back issues PLEASE make sure to squeeze your glutes! Love and Light to everyone! You got this!

Doing this program again.....pushups are still my nemesis!! They KILL my wrists and doing them on a dumbbell is just as torturous, but gotta keep on keepin' on! Thank you, Caroline! You're the best 🥰

I did it.. I went whole video with as heavy weights as Caroline´s... for the first time in almost 2 years that I am training with her... so proud of myself, I can´t wait to do this with even heavier weights! Thank you Caroline, for 2 years your training programs hold my sanity, I am in shape, I am stronger and I am myself more than I have ever been... keep doing this, you are the embodiment of the real body positivity, for me for sure!
I've always been blessed even since I was a child to be able to do push ups. Reading other comments makes me glad I never took that skill for granted, but dang I could barely do a single one by the end of this workout! Thank you Caroline for pushing me to the limit and making me feel strong even at my weakest!
DAY Two REPEAT - I remember doing this first time round with the same mix of 12.5 and 10kg DB and at that stage it was about 50:50 between each weight depending on the movement. Today with the exception Lat and Front raises I stuck with the 12.5. I really think revisiting is so motivational because you see how much stronger you are and how you can battle through all those Push-ups without stopping. This repeat also highlights the improvement in form and control of pace especially on the last set. One thing stays the same..... the pump you get after this session is still awesome. So good Caroline and I still love those Push-ups 💪

Epic day 2 repeated today..the first time the weights were lower and as the timer started to beep the weights were thrown on the floor 😂 I struggled with the push ups and couldn't do most of them on that day. Today the weights were twice as heavy, I worked until the last beep of timer and all push ups were completed....it's amazing that 10 weeks of consistency can make such an improvement....happy days everyone who is back on it whilst waiting for round 2...thank you Caroline your epic program definitely works if followed consistently..👏👏👏👏

Great upper body workout. I love that no move repeats itself. Keeps you on your toes. I have to admit there were some of the push-up variations that I could not do. Not sure I will ever get off my knees for push-ups but I am proud that I can push out at least 10 of most of them. 66 and still got it!!!
Day 2 done. I love the format of the workout. Each day we hit different parts of our body. Thank you so much for all the free workouts.
I’m so psyched that I only needed to pause the video once today for an extra break ! My push-ups were modified after the second or third round and almost non existent after the fourth

Caroline is absolutely fabulous!!! No machines or weights that I lift ever made feel so sore and accomplished! The work outs are super fun, energetic, and the fast tempo does not let you stop - just go go go! Her workouts are challenging and definitely do the job. She is definitely someone to look up to and get inspired.

7:33 am here. Did this instead as strangely I found this one more doable for me than the beginner one for today. I couldnt do all the push up sets tho but modified as best as I could. Thanks again!
Im with you on this. I started on beginner legs yesterday thinking they would be like jelly today....no pain, i should of used weights....

@@Sonjaic I usually have very weak knees. I have my good and bad days. As I have a medical condition this can also affect my joints. I did the Epic upper body just before. OMG....zero strength there lol. I can't do push-ups to save my life so I did them either against the door or bench. i have been doing yoga for well over a year and still can't master chutarunga.

I've done many workouts from other fitness RUclips channels (usually french-speaking influencers, I'm from Belgium 🇧🇪 ), but your workouts are much more effective! I cannot do a full push-up so I'm doing negative push-ups instead, and I know I will gain strength and be able to do a real one soon. I'm so happy I've found your channel! Thank you Caroline! 💪

Oh wow, what a workout...this is getting serious!!! I challenged myself with the weights and that went very well. Therefore I suffered a little in the pushups. I followed your advise, dear Caroline, and put my focus on a few quality ones. And if needed I kept my knees on the ground, still gave me plenty of workout.
I found you because of a video post from an incredible strong lady in a fb fitness group and I was curious how she got there in a surprisingly short time. Now I know!!! First I would like to say this is my 2 day of the Epic. I truly like how you demonstrated the workout before you start this way I can get the correct form. Thank you for those pushups they were hard but I didn’t give up. The diamond pushups were challenging. Thank you for your dedication. I love you. I will be doing the 3rd until I finish the workout.
I am 100% not going to be able to pick up the kettle to make a cup of tea tomorrow 😂 10 minutes later and my arms are still tingling. What a workout!!!
For the first time I broke a sweat doing upper body! This was intense in an awesome way. I had to modify the push-ups and drop down on weights on some of the moves but it's ok! Tomorrow on to day3
