I used to purposely avoid any of Caroline’s workouts because I told myself it was too hard. I wasn’t strong enough yet. I couldn’t do it. These were all just excuses. This one hour workout proved that to me. Epic every single day is showing me I’m capable of so much more than I ever imagined. If you find yourself thinking any of those thoughts I wrote above then take a moment and think about why you’re viewing yourself that way. Very well said and I can so relate ... I've purposely passed over CG for same reasons. I can say after completing Epic Beginner and on to Day 5 / Epic I tomorrow, I feel so joyful about the possibilities my 50 yr old body can achieve! Already seeing results both physically and mentally, makes me want to see what else I can do. CG is a machine but shows that you don't quit, you just pace yourself and get through it to build a strong and capable body. Good luck! 💪

Wow going through this epic program the second time is kicking my butt. I really thought it would be easier but I've gone up 5 pounds in weight so that would explain the intensity. Thank You Caroline her making me push myself harder than I ever thought possible.😘
At first I didn't want to do the work out because I thought that 1 h will be exhausting but I actually had lots of fun and right now I am feeling energized and ready to start my day!
Can I just say I’ve been doing YT workouts for years now with other you tubers and you are the first that i’ve seen to show yourself struggling and taking breaks and IT’S SO REFRESHING. I dont know what's so magical about Caroline's workouts that never makes me want to look at the timer, but instead i want to keep moving and see that progress bar change. Loved it, even an hour long workout that i would have dreaded earlier.
Oh wow... I honestly was about to quit the workout halfway through (tip: don't do this one first thing after waking up without eating or drinking anything!) but looking at everyone's comments gave me the motivation to push through and finish it. Caroline, I LOVE your workouts and this community you've built! Definitely recommending your videos.

After doing epic for beginners 4 times, I never thought I could do this one. I did :) well 90% of it. I did make a few modifications, but I feel so good! Thankful for this

2.08 done. I’m so glad I did this workout. First part I was almost out of breath, I like cardio and weights combination, but it’s definitely super demanding. Second part was my favourite, I enjoyed floor exercises, flyes, diamond press, etc. Third part was the slowest and the easiest for me. I miss this type of workout, which includes exercises for balance and coordination. Caroline’s creativity just unbelievably in epic 1.
This was a mental hurdle for me- 1 hour is a long time! Here's the modifications I did: I ended up squatting without weights after the first 4 times. I also modified the windmills to lower weights (5 lbs). And I let myself skip three makers. But, it's done. And I'm proud of myself.
had to replace makers with kneeling renegade rows or squats depending on previous one. lol i modified this workout so much just to be able to do finish it.
Hey everyone. I wanted to comment that I did EPIC beginner several times, and felt like it was WAY too much for me and that i was so far from being able to start the actual EPIC. I abandonned and started again at least three times, since a few month. Now it's been day 4 and I've been able to do each workout at my own pace, with my own weights. I took "make it your workout" literally: I was very afraid of burning everything too fast the first day so I kept it cool and I finished day 1 entirely. That was very unexpected for me. Now it's day 4 and I'm still surprised I was able to do it. It takes the time it needs, but it works eventually. What kept me motivated to try again and again until I could make it, was that I love how Caroline makes really challenging workouts that we can adapt to our condition, and that she doesn't talk during the workout (it is very not motivating for me when someone is shouting stuff like keep goiiiiinng until you're deaaaad. Like, I love when it's challenging but sometimes you just can't give it your 100% (that's my opinion at least). I love you so much Caroline, with you I really have the hope that I can challenge myself according to my abilities, and be on this journey to become stronger and more confident. Thank you so much, I never hoped I could do this one day and now I can see it happening

I wrote this right after I finished the workout. Never thought I could kill it with some little rest. Honestly, I cried right after "You are EPIC". Tears full of joys and pride. I had a tough time recovering from Day 1 so I thought I couldn't finish this workout. BUT I DID IT. SO YOU CAN DO IT TOO!!! Trust me. It's not as hard as you thought it would be, just step the first step, squat the first squat and your body will try its best to complete the workout. P.s: My push-up was lower than ever. So proud! My husband just got me a nice set of dumb bells for my birthday / Christmas. This is the 2nd dumb bell workout I have done with Caroline and wow! Epic it is! Caroline, you are my favorite workout instructor. You kick our butts in the best way ever and then give us all a beautiful smile and a wave goodbye at the end. I love your smile and wave at the end so much that it actually brings tears to my eyes sometimes haha your the BEST EVER!
Surprisingly, this was the easiest workout for me from these 4 days! 😲 I got scared that it's 1 hour long, but it felt amazing after ~11 minutes, I loved the makers! Keeping a good form is still challenging, but I'm getting there! 😼
My first program was Iron Series. I completed that program twice. Then, tempo week, pyramid series, beastmode, and now i'm day 4 of epic series. Thank you Caroline, your programs are awesome.

I took sometime off to heal after a back injury. I've spent weeks stretching and doing mobility workouts. I just resumed Epic and I must say I feel better, my range of motion has greatly improved. I can't wait to finish Epic I and jump on Epic II. This workout was killer, but I'm happy to say I stuck with it till the end. Well-done Caroline!!!

10 kgs this time. I thought I couldn't do the windmills with a 10 kg but I did! At some point, I was already fed up with squats but generally, it's a nice workout, to try and feel my strength. Thank you, Caroline!
Wth, I swear I couldn't do full sit ups the other day from Day 3?! But now, I can do it. What sorcery is this?! Also, I absolutely despise with passion doing full push ups, but I'm actually excited about it because I might get better at it next week or next time. Oh Caroline, you do wonders to my body. ♥️

I admit I was dreading this workout because of the core focus, but after about 40 minutes the rest just flew by and - surprisingly - that was the core component! :D I really enjoyed this workout, especially the windmills - I'm really looking forward to seeing how my form improves on those. Wow, this is a really high energy workout using a mixture of exercises to train the whole body. I like the way you start out with lower body then switch to upper body. You perform a wide variety of exercises. Great workout.

First time doing an hour program of Caroline’s. I surprised myself I could keep up with a few modifications along the way. I love that Caroline is real. She also rests and wobbles when needed. Confirms her own motto you vs you. Due to work I will not be able to have a rest day tomorrow so hiit for me. 5 days straight of epic 1 week 1. Then rest for 2 days pulling long shifts at work instead. I also love this community and all the other comments.

There are days when I wanted to abandon everything, other days I cry while I train, others I end up with nauceas, but I continue, because I have a personal goal, and that is to be healthier. Girl... Same. I'm straight up dying 90% of the time and wanna cry for about half of it. I had to take a few breaks in between to catch my breath. But I still did it and it definitely makes me feel a bit better than before
This was the most challenging mentally as it was the longest and I almost psyched myself out. I created a work around in my brain where I separated each segment into 3 parts and it really helped.
Well the was an EPIC session. Literally wrecked, but in a good way. I used 12.5kg DB on all except the windmills and the renegade plank where I used a 7.5 kg KB these I find a little tough. MAKERS are just so intense so managed three full rotations in each 40 secs. This probably the most intense fullbody to date but you sure feel good as you hit the burnout and the little progress bar hits 99%. Fullbody Friday Feeling Achieved. Today I had the windows open and as I was doing the wall sit driving the car, the postman popped his head through the window and said here's you post Anthony, I'm sure he thought I was mad with my DB steering wheel.😂😂😂 Happy Friday everyone. I dont know what's so magical about Caroline's workouts that never makes me want to look at the timer, but instead i want to keep moving and see that progress bar change. Loved it, even an hour long workout that i would have dreaded earlier.

Oh wow... I honestly was about to quit the workout halfway through (tip: don't do this one first thing after waking up without eating or drinking anything!) but looking at everyone's comments gave me the motivation to push through and finish it. Caroline, I LOVE your workouts and this community you've built! Definitely recommending your videos.

I agree with your tip! I'm unable to workout after waking up, but after having breakfast, I start my daily tasks. So I work out during the evening.

2.08 done. I’m so glad I did this workout. First part I was almost out of breath, I like cardio and weights combination, but it’s definitely super demanding. Second part was my favourite, I enjoyed floor exercises, flyes, diamond press, etc. Third part was the slowest and the easiest for me. I miss this type of workout, which includes exercises for balance and coordination. Caroline’s creativity just unbelievably in epic 1.

This was a mental hurdle for me- 1 hour is a long time! Here's the modifications I did: I ended up squatting without weights after the first 4 times. I also modified the windmills to lower weights (5 lbs). And I let myself skip three makers. But, it's done. And I'm proud of myself.
had to replace makers with kneeling renegade rows or squats depending on previous one. lol i modified this workout so much just to be able to do finish it.
Hey everyone. I wanted to comment that I did EPIC beginner several times, and felt like it was WAY too much for me and that i was so far from being able to start the actual EPIC. I abandonned and started again at least three times, since a few month. Now it's been day 4 and I've been able to do each workout at my own pace, with my own weights. I took "make it your workout" literally: I was very afraid of burning everything too fast the first day so I kept it cool and I finished day 1 entirely. That was very unexpected for me. Now it's day 4 and I'm still surprised I was able to do it.
It takes the time it needs, but it works eventually. What kept me motivated to try again and again until I could make it, was that I love how Caroline makes really challenging workouts that we can adapt to our condition, and that she doesn't talk during the workout (it is very not motivating for me when someone is shouting stuff like keep goiiiiinng until you're deaaaad. Like, I love when it's challenging but sometimes you just can't give it your 100% (that's my opinion at least). I love you so much Caroline, with you I really have the hope that I can challenge myself according to my abilities, and be on this journey to become stronger and more confident. Thank you so much, I never hoped I could do this one day and now I can see it happening

I wrote this right after I finished the workout. Never thought I could kill it with some little rest. Honestly, I cried right after "You are EPIC". Tears full of joys and pride. I had a tough time recovering from Day 1 so I thought I couldn't finish this workout. BUT I DID IT. SO YOU CAN DO IT TOO!!! Trust me. It's not as hard as you thought it would be, just step the first step, squat the first squat and your body will try its best to complete the workout.
P.s: My push-up was lower than ever. So proud! Yay! Thanks a lot Caroline

My husband just got me a nice set of dumb bells for my birthday / Christmas. This is the 2nd dumb bell workout I have done with Caroline and wow! Epic it is! Caroline, you are my favorite workout instructor. You kick our butts in the best way ever and then give us all a beautiful smile and a wave goodbye at the end. I love your smile and wave at the end so much that it actually brings tears to my eyes sometimes haha your the BEST EVER!

Surprisingly, this was the easiest workout for me from these 4 days! 😲 I got scared that it's 1 hour long, but it felt amazing after ~11 minutes, I loved the makers! Keeping a good form is still challenging, but I'm getting there! 😼
My first program was Iron Series. I completed that program twice. Then, tempo week, pyramid series, beastmode, and now i'm day 4 of epic series. Thank you Caroline, your programs are awesome.

I took sometime off to heal after a back injury. I've spent weeks stretching and doing mobility workouts. I just resumed Epic and I must say I feel better, my range of motion has greatly improved. I can't wait to finish Epic I and jump on Epic II. This workout was killer, but I'm happy to say I stuck with it till the end. Well-done Caroline!!!

OMG, that was a killer workout! I was 'finished' even before I got to the 'finisher'!!! Drowning in a pool of sweat but feel fantastic now. I love Caroline's workouts-they're perfectly paced, challenging and good tunes with excellent demonstrations and no annoying chat in the middle of it!
10 kgs this time. I thought I couldn't do the windmills with a 10 kg but I did! At some point, I was already fed up with squats but generally, it's a nice workout, to try and feel my strength. Thank you, Caroline!

I admit I was dreading this workout because of the core focus, but after about 40 minutes the rest just flew by and - surprisingly - that was the core component! :D
I really enjoyed this workout, especially the windmills - I'm really looking forward to seeing how my form improves on those.
Loving EPIC so far and so grateful to Caroline - I used to really struggle with push ups before I found her workouts, but now I can actually do full push ups and I can feel my form and strength improving!

First time doing an hour program of Caroline’s. I surprised myself I could keep up with a few modifications along the way. I love that Caroline is real. She also rests and wobbles when needed. Confirms her own motto you vs you. Due to work I will not be able to have a rest day tomorrow so hiit for me. 5 days straight of epic 1 week 1. Then rest for 2 days pulling long shifts at work instead. I also love this community and all the other comments.

There are days when I wanted to abandon everything, other days I cry while I train, others I end up with nauceas, but I continue, because I have a personal goal, and that is to be healthier.

This was the most challenging mentally as it was the longest and I almost psyched myself out. I created a work around in my brain where I separated each segment into 3 parts and it really helped.

Well the was an EPIC session. Literally wrecked, but in a good way. I used 12.5kg DB on all except the windmills and the renegade plank where I used a 7.5 kg KB these I find a little tough. MAKERS are just so intense so managed three full rotations in each 40 secs. This probably the most intense fullbody to date but you sure feel good as you hit the burnout and the little progress bar hits 99%. Fullbody Friday Feeling Achieved. Today I had the windows open and as I was doing the wall sit driving the car, the postman popped his head through the window and said here's you post Anthony, I'm sure he thought I was mad with my DB steering wheel.😂😂😂 Happy Friday everyone.
