The Miniature wooden chairs hanging on the walls are really amazing. Some of them are valued at $125 And upwards when I purchased mine several years ago
Great Great treasure adventure Dave. 😀.My brain was realing trying to look at everything. Dang shame that alot is going in landfill. You should make a return visit before that happens. 👉👍✌
I had so much anxiety watching you leave behind so many wonderful things!!!! You had a lot of room in your bins and baskets and boxes for all those small things. Just teasing you Dave, this was one of my favorite videos from you!!!! Just Excellent! Wish I would have been picking right along with you!!
That is a really funny comment about the hoarded doll houses ! Loved it. Thanks Dave Take Care. Seeings all that stuff and knowing that a lot of it was and will be trashed was overwhelming.. trashed w
What a wonderful pick! And you made it even more interesting.... I kept thinking OH! Pick this! Pick that! I don't know how you ever made the choices between such great things. It's good that you have the experience to be able to make intelligent choices. Thank you for a great video.
I love the chairs on the wall. I inherited a child's chair that my grandfather handmade for my mother. That would be a great way to display it. It pains me to think of all of that stuff being shoveled into a dumpster. I'm glad you and three other pickers were able to save some.
Dave...you have two precious kids and your MOM is a sweetie to watch your kids and giving us seniors some great adventures watching your great times and adventures. Chico, Detroit,VF114...Your Karma comes back and rewards you !
You deserve all the profit you receive from these finds. If you can brave the garbage, the smell, the mildew, the mold, the dampness, the risk of falling through the floor - you are entitled! Thank you so much for sharing this. It was truly a wonderful video. ♥️
Dave, Lots of great smalls to sell at your Flea Market!!I'm glad you rescued as much as you could from the landfill. Super job on picking up the advertisements and Art work.
Somebody say postcards?? Dave, you did good salvaging what you could saving from the dumpsters! A good variety or items. Thanks for inviting us along.👍
So much stuff. They should have had an auction instead of dumpsters. Some of the stuff you missed is worth money. Lots of fans of miniatures. I'm glad you saved the old bisque head doll.
Dave that was the best! Thanks for taking us along. It’s a lot of work, but the sorting is my favorite part. In all of that, you found a hammer. Too funny. I loved it when you opened the dryer. Hey you never know right! Great video.
Smalls, smalls and more smalls! Easy to pick, easy to flip and easy to ship! I’ve done a few of these hoarding digs in PA and I absolutely loved it 😆. Great video bud!!
Makes my heart sad seeing all the dolls and houses that are truly antiques that will end up in the trash! All the dolls should have been saved and looked up or given to a doll collector. I saw a doll house that I had as a child on the floor, I just wanted to jump in the video and get it! 😊🤗 all the doll furniture as well is collectible. So so much in the house was collectible. Wow
Wow, what a interesting video. I was overwhelmed by all the dolls and houses, all the bits and pieces. Thank goodness you managed to save a bit of it. These hoarders houses are always sad to me. I have too much but am slowly sending off to charity or younger family. Thank you for taking us along. Stay safe. Watching from England. Peace 🐜🐜🐜🐜🐜✨
Amazing, kinda sad, and JAW DROPPING!!! All those things...dolls, dollhouses, furniture, etc. Mind boggling!!!! Was the house messed up that way when people first came in???? I would just love to have one wooden doll house, and there is a ton there!!!!!
We must've been in this house right after you. We've been waiting 2 yrs to see inside. We live near by and pass by frequently. I got so much. 3 smaller dollhouses, tons of furniture for them and a few really decent pieces of antique tables. It was beyond what I imagined. So glad you posted and had as much fun as we had.
This house was unbelievable. I kept yelling doll names type of houses and furniture . I hope it has a happy ending and the next group were doll collectors. DOUBLE OMG
Hey Dave, I use to buy and restore dolls .. I bought a lot of old dolls . They smelled musty to try to save them I put them in a tote with bounce dryer sheets, left them for a couple weeks to a month .. it seemed to remove the musty odor.. I have also done this with old books putting them between the pages also . It saved them .. 😊.
Anyone else go find a 9 volt battery and start going thru their own house trying to figure out which smoke detector was chirping only to give up start watching the video again then repeat it. Im an idiot I looked 3 times before I figured out it was the video haha!
Goodness gracious, sakes alive - what a haul. I know it's 2 hours away from you, but I hope you go back for the small doll furniture, porcelain. You would make a killing just on that alone. What a pick! Thanks for sharing with us Dave.
I've paid to do quite a few of those hoarders houses and from vintage diamond rings to just about anything you can think of it is really wild and excited when you walk into a new one each time. It's such a blessing!
What a fantastic place to pick! Rubber face dolls and stuffed animals sell. Love all of the smalls. I think I would be scared of putting my hand in something and getting a brown recluse bite!!! You are brave!
Wow this is one of your best. How I would have love to pick that house so many treasures.those doll house and doll furniture was a great seller. Some prints are also worth something.too bad it was raining, your truck would have came in handy for this one.
38:04 Scary eyes doll, thought she was going to start talking 😬 ''My name is talking Tina! and you you better take me with you Dave" 😆, Loved this pick.
O M G! Great trip. It was a museum of old things. You’ll have nightmares about those scary dolls. Lol. Glad you found this. I’ve enjoyed this video a lot. I’ll be watching. Have a great day.
16:32 Lionel Standard Gauge station!!!! Don't let them trash it! 21:02 Looked like a Standard gauge gatekeeper house too - dude with a lantern comes out when the train goes past. Dave keeps going right past it. (rail nut's daughter - those pieces were literally my childhood) 29:15 was that swung glass in the pantry? The vase? (if no one rescues those train pieces I may just have to crawl through the screen and administer a beat-down. You can burn the dolls for all of me. ) 59:56 If that was a sewing box, it needed to at least get opened. You never know what's in those.
Always grab the mini dollhouse kitchenware. Some pieces can be worth a bunch. Pots, pans, plates, stoneware, teacups, etc... Look them up on eBay under dollhouse miniatures.
Thanks much, this is 2nd only to that epic trash pick where you found those antique shutters & all the scrap when it was the week people could pile their curbs with castoffs.
Lucky you, BBD, that place is packed. That doll furniture and the houses can bring something in the market. All those little figurines too. Those doll magazines can be sold, or taken to Paper and Moose. I would have loved to have had a visit with that lady. Love those old prints and pictures. That was a pretty set of boy and girl prints. Love that ruby glass pitcher. Um..playing with dolls at your age, BBD? Can you imagine if you had all week? So sad that it’s all going in dumpster.
So sad all the stuff that will be thrown out but I'm glad you got what you could what yoy could. I collect dolls (not baby dolls) but still hurts my heart for all that couldn't be saved. I saw 2 Crissy dolls glad you got one and her cousin Cricket. Neat find on the horse. Great video.
Super long video, but oh so worth watching!!! You got some really awesome stuff, and saved it from the landfill. Would be interesting to see how well the items do at the flea. Thanks for taking us along✌💜💙💚
Omg what a score. So happy for you. Please if you ever find a 1960’s Pebbles doll I will pay you and shipping. I have been looking for one for 20 years now. Thank you
Dave, watching you is contributing to my addiction. I have more stuff in my basement and 2nd floor loft that I've picked during the past 3 years than I'll ever be able to sell in 2 lifetimes....and I keep picking and buying more every week. Aaaaaaaaaaggghhhhhh!
Extremely interesting, also I'm a glad you were able to save some of her doll house accessories, she worked so hard to get them, all they years it took. I wish you had to truck to have taken more!!!!!. It's so sad when people pass and their things go into the trash but I also understand that everything cannot be saved God bless 🙏
Dave, this was the most amazing haul. A lifetime of collecting. Im into dollhouses and miniatures. I kept thinking rent a uhaul. So sad that the landfill will get so much amazing stuff. Makes me want to cry. God bless you friend.
That Tip Top Bread advertising piece in the kitchen is very desirable from around 1900-1910.. Also the Black Americana framed piece is really collectable and desirable.. Hope you grabbed those Dave.. Stay safe all..👍💕🔥⚾😷
I helped with a clean out and I was driving a hundai santa fe. I did not pack in boxes but just used the car as the box. I filled the whole car except for the drivers seat. wow. It was a fun and prosperous day.
There are vintage wooden dollhouses by Gottsclack (sp?) and Bliss that bring a lot of money, in bad shape. I think Schoenhut made dollhouses too. They look pretty primitive. The Bliss houses have paper over wood. I’d love to have any of them but they are pretty expensive. I thought I saw one so you might want to go back and check. I collect dolls and it was a little stressful seeing that mess and wondering what was going into the garbage. Glad you could save some of it.
I dream of privately picking a hoarded house. It's like a treasure hunt. I would want to clean and organize as I went, though, lol. $150 a load? That's fabulous.
omg this was an amazing video thanks for sharing ....all of those smalls would make a killing for me on mercari most defiantly the doll furniture amazing pick sir
Wow Dave, what a score, too bad you didn't bring your truck. I watch a show called Curiosity Inc and they have cleaned out full hoarder houses like this and cleaned up at auction, I just know there were so many more finds hidden in that house.
Wow Dave, Loved the video thank you for sharing , I thought you did really well picking , I would have not known where to start to make sure I didnt leave behind some thing great!!!! He told you to take it all home and come back? Do you think you will? You got some really wonderful things, and I think worth more that you quoted at the Flea!!! Good for you , I am happy for you , you sure enjoyed it!!!
The Miniature wooden chairs hanging on the walls are really amazing. Some of them are valued at $125 And upwards when I purchased mine several years ago
Dave, I'm only half way in and already know this is one of your best ever!!! All those small wonderful things!
Great Great treasure adventure Dave. 😀.My brain was realing trying to look at everything. Dang shame that alot is going in landfill. You should make a return visit before that happens. 👉👍✌

Wow! It's amazing how the dollhouses mimic the real house. Every room full to the ceiling of hoarded stuff.
That is a really funny comment about the hoarded doll houses ! Loved it. Thanks Dave Take Care. Seeings all that stuff and knowing that a lot of it was and will be trashed was overwhelming.. trashed w
Wow! What a place. I would have had a blast in that place. I love miniatures. What fun you must have had. ♥️✌️
What a wonderful pick! And you made it even more interesting.... I kept thinking OH! Pick this! Pick that! I don't know how you ever made the choices between such great things. It's good that you have the experience to be able to make intelligent choices. Thank you for a great video.
Oh my freaking god... 😳 You were right though, I was screaming for you to take it all 🤣
I love the chairs on the wall. I inherited a child's chair that my grandfather handmade for my mother. That would be a great way to display it. It pains me to think of all of that stuff being shoveled into a dumpster. I'm glad you and three other pickers were able to save some.
The chairs were lovely. All those doll houses. Sad really there was a little photo of a lady on the floor and a frame with photos in too.
Yes the number of doll houses & accessories are amazing. It's good to see some items being reused, sold & donated though.
Dave...you have two precious kids and your MOM is a sweetie to watch your kids and giving us seniors some great adventures watching your great times and adventures. Chico, Detroit,VF114...Your Karma comes back and rewards you !

It is my dream.

OMG. What a place. Soooooo much good stuff. Really enjoyed this.
Sometimes I think people have broken into these old houses and trashed them.
Lynn Taylor - I believe you are right. So sad and disappointing to see homes destroyed by disrespectful people.
What lovely treasures
Amazing, kinda sad, and JAW DROPPING!!! All those things...dolls, dollhouses, furniture, etc. Mind boggling!!!! Was the house messed up that way when people first came in???? I would just love to have one wooden doll house, and there is a ton there!!!!!
Amazing! Love that green Hall planter in the basement...a pickers paradise! Really! Take it all! 👍👍👍☺️
Loved all this!
Great picking Dave. It's always a pain when you make it part way though them filling dumpsters. Imagine had you been hired for that clean out...😳
It must have been hard to walk away from all those treasures. 🇺🇸😎
Having worked at a achool many teachers would have loved a dollhouse for their classroom
Love these kind of videos.
The doll house furniture is very desirable!! The doll house furniture is worth $5.00-$10.00 each, worth more than the little porcelain Christmas tree!
I love all the chairs. I have one of those dolls, she’s from the 40’s, wartime.
I have so many of those dolls. I kept saying don’t leave her! Take her to a new home, please!
Loving this video!!
What an awesome pick! I was straining my neck trying to look into corners. I love dolls and dollhouses so I was saying get that, get that.
Mind boggling pick, congrats Dave.
This house was unbelievable. I kept yelling doll names type of houses and furniture . I hope it has a happy ending and the next group were doll collectors. DOUBLE OMG
Way to go Dave!! That was fun! Glad you were able to save what you did! You're a good man!
i always think my house is a mess. Till i see a video like this!!!

I think that is the same house that Renae and Taco went to pick and only came away with only a handful each.
