You didn’t say you can also do diet soda as water🤣🤣🤣 I think you meant like sparkling water lolll

  • @cognitiveconnectionss

The pancake batter looked like a more grainy texture, so it could’ve been some type of protein, she also added chai seeds and milk which adds to the protein, and you can get a considerable amount of vitamins and nutrients from that nutrient dense salad but truly influencers only film such a small part of their day, I’m sure she’s getting a considerable amount of protein and taking good care of her baby. She looks very healthy.😊👌🏼

300 isn't enough. It is NOT enough.

  • @ashleyalvarado4948

Anyone gonna talk about that beautiful carrot?

  • @midnightkitty7

My midwife said if you eat more than your body can handle you’ll be more prone to morning sickness. Also you don’t need the extra calories until the third trimester. An extra cup of yogurt or a table spoon peanut butter is just fine to catch up. what she’s eating is fine. Stay away from pregnancy ratings please , this might cause harm to others , you won’t have kids in the way we are , no disrespect intended

Honestly that one statement about "junk" food kind of strikes me as a little outdated. It's not so much wanting to feel like you're a cheating on your diet but actually enjoying what you eat. The problem with diet culture is that people make it seem like the food has to be bland and boring. Honestly my learning how to listen to our bodies and eat intuitively with nutrition in mind you can have pretty much everything you like to eat in moderation

  • @thewayofyahweh7

Stopped listening when he said diet soda

  • @blandzx2h677

Sometimes animal proteins can be a trigger for morning sickness. When I was pregnant with my first the smell of steak or chicken cooking would cause me to vomit.

  • @Cococonutt

300 extra calories, that’s just like an extra snack or small meal per day.

  • @JenniferSDuran

Protein and fat are essential for health, specially in pregnancy!

  • @user-sx1fn8gh2j

diet soda as a water substitute for a pregnant woman? absolutely unhinged take

  • @lavieentoni7654

Her meal are really healthy, good job mama!

  • @marinablackwell8055

He is correct when you’re pregnant is that your recommended that you usually gained about 20 pounds just for the safety of yourself and the baby pregnancy is actually fairly dangerous

  • @eironhendrix

You dont need that much protein bro it depends on your activity level, body type, weight and age ans your personal gym goals.

  • @novemberrobinson5584

No I don't agree sorry, I usually do but you need to understand there are various other struggles while being pregnant other than tracking macros and counting calories.

  • @ohsnapitsdiana

hes not wrong, it makes me curious if you can really eat all your vitamins through food or if its best to actually supplement like i see so many women do (while pregnant)

  • @shesmashgrr

Ah yes. Diet soda is the same as water. Tf? Pregnant women need to limit caffeine, i hope no one takes this guy seriously.

  • @Feytouched.Locket

I’m glad some people can do diet soda. Idk what it is, but if I drink too much soda and not enough clean, plain water, I’m super dehydrated and feel awful.

  • @shaliquebrown800

My friend couldn’t stand the smell or taste of protein in any form when she was pregnant and she enjoys meat often. She tried multiple ways to incorporate protein in her diet but would end up throwing up. After pregnancy she started to eat meat again.

  • @carressa

👂🏽I was all ears after he said Diet Coke🫡
