I have tried almost every expensive vitamin out there, and of course I take biotin daily also. A woman's hair is her crown of Glory, so it will be very nice if we could be happy with our own Crown of Glory! Lol!

what worked for me, i took biotin everyday for like 6 months, i stopped taking them for a month and my hair started growing like a plant! weird but it worked for me

I'm literally crying right now, I have extremely frizzy & damaged (& curly) hair, it literally looks so bad. I'm only 15 and have bad skin & bad hair, and it's giving me a mental breakdown. I have been trying to get rid of these for years. As I'm too young I'm not able to buy products, I'm searching for a natural remedy, I have hair thinning (like bald patches) and frizzy hair. Is there any natural & DIY thing I can do?

Sis if you're having bald patches then I'd suggest you discuss with your parents and visit a dermatologist because balding patches and hair thinning could be a possible health problem. Also consult a nutritionist, hair and skin health mostly depends on good health, inside out. If your eating habits and physical health aren't on good terms, then nothing you do from the outside (oils, masks, shampoos) or whatever product you use won't ever help :)
@@lavender_smoothie Oh thank you, my bald patches aren't too bad but the hair gets thinner on my crown/front section, I used to wear very tight ponytails and blow dry my hair on high heat when I was like 10, so since then my hair started thinning and was damaged, even tho I stopped doing those bad habits long ago. And do you think low hemoglobin levels can cause skin & hair problems? I got covid recently and I do go to my doctor often and get my blood tested and all that, and what I discovered was my hemoglobin levels are very low and I was diagnosed with urin infection like a year ago too. Do these have any connection with skin & hair?

Unfortunately for me, rice water does not make my hair nice and soft. It only dries it out, and makes it frizzy

That’s what was happening with me as well, but then I realized I was using too much too frequently. Try using less less frequently and see if that helps. It worked with my hair. x

I have the same problem! I’m ordering a scalp massager and like in this video you massage your scalp through with the shampoo and it should help! Also avoid scratching ur hair so much because it will create more and become more itchy

I saw in a video a woman used sulphur soap bar to wash her hair to get rid of dandruff. She only uses it once a month but you can use it more often. It stinks but it works for her. You can try and find it in a health food shop or online. Hennaing your hair or using apple cider vinegar rinses might work as well. Don't use anti-dandruff shampoo because they are harsh and dry your hair out, and maybe you don't have dandruff maybe you have seborrheic dermatitis which is what my son has. He can't use dandruff shampoo it makes it worse. He puts aloe vera gel on his scalp, I don't know if it works but he refuses to use sulphur soap because it stinks.
