I just used the straw that was given. Inserted it and tried to locate and hold the tube with my hands from the outside .Then with both hands tried to pull the tube up the straw until the end was reached. Kind of like how you would pull a sock up you feet with both hands. I dont know if i explained it well.
Can the deflated ballon be re-inflated? You mentioned that we should hear a “pop” after inserting the longer, narrower straw. Does the “pop” prevent it from being inflated again? Thanks.
The “pop” sound is just an indication that the air is releasing from the balloon. You are not breaking anything and should be able to inflate the balloon again.
Well I tried it but didn’t have two long straws. I thought I could poke through with a long skewer and once I tore the inner tube the air would come out but it didn’t work. The tear sealed back up; the straws are definitely needed to keep the tube open the whole time. Wonder why they add these tubes it seems like it just makes it harder to fill up and let air out.
I was looking for this for sooo long! Thank you
Thank you! A knitting needle worked well ;)
I couldn't find a finer straw, this suggestion worked. thank you!
Thank you! It worked! I just cut a plastic straw to make it narrow :)
