Nice tecnic, i really liked the video. But i think is too much color stuff on the doe. The white for once, was just dyed and not pulled. Everyone that watch candy making videos know how the base turns white when you pull it and put air on it. All that dye must not be good or necessary. Please watch some videos from Hercules Candy and learn from them. Just a tip.
