@albino girl I mean... the first one came out over 15 years ago. I don't think that many people thought it looked bad back then considering how many people still think it looks fine. Myself included.

Did you ladies ever get to see the short, "Jack Jack Attack" that was included on the DVD as an extra feature? It's from the first film, what happened with his babysitter.
Fair amount of people reckon that Evelyn is Pixar's first portrayal of an alcoholic, the bags, the slurring, half of her scenes she has a drink in her hands
Incredibles is my favorite animated movie. 💚💚💚 MY CHILDHOOD 😭 Great memories with this one. I'm a teacher and when this came out I took my 5th grade elementary students to the theater with me, it was so much fun.
Movie Recommendation-Iron Giant. This movie is an Animated Classic. Its directed by the same director who made Incredibles 1 and 2 and also Ratatouille
Mark 35:48. Hi, Ladies! Thanks again for another reaction video! I'm not sure though, if I saw your reactions to the first one. 🤔 But anyway, I know that you three are not, "Blind Wave", but I want to ask you some questions anyway. (Ahem.) Holly Hunter. How do you think her senator character in the "DCEU" would react to her character in this movie? Samuel L. Jackson. Would his, "Nick Fury", be interested in trying to recruit his, "Frozen"? 🤔 Nice cat shirt! 🐱😎👍🖖
Surprised the reaction to the water scene with Violet was so muted. I’m kind of on the same page as every audience I’ve seen this with that it’s the funniest gag in the film.
One of my top favorite Pixar movies. Love the first movie and the second movie. While the main antagonist may be predictable, but I still enjoy the story of this movie. Awesome reactions! I hope one day you react to Pixar's Brave.
This sequel literally takes place just seconds after the first film ended! If you three ever come to the Bay Area, I have friends who work at Lucasfilm and at Pixar. 😉 And thanks for all you do, Kim! 😷
***THE THREE AMIGOS*** If you have never watched the movie THE THREE AMIGOS it is worth the watch. Staring STEVE MARTIN CHEVY CHASE MARTIN SHORT of course it is a comedy but with a story line It is sill and certainly worth the watch. ALL AGES
If you haven't seen it, I DEFINITELY recommend watching the revenant reaction they talk about. It's hilarious. ruclips.net/video/SeSO0GdUGSA/видео.html
The animation is incredible but I think it's too colorful....the first one was a bit pale in color and felt grounded....maybe the color was due to the story.
So... we’re supposed to sympathize with Evelyn and not think she’s full of sh*t? Her father, a billionaire, improbably has so little security for his mansion that allows for a burglary to occur, chooses not to call the police or hide in his safe room, instead trying to call superheroes when they’ve already been outlawed and as the owner of a media company would already be aware of that fact? And instead of blaming her father for stupidity or the person who killed him, she blames the outlawed superheroes for not showing up. Her ranting as Screenslaver that everyone is “surrounded by screens” makes no sense because in this world of the 1960’s, they haven’t achieved that level of technology yet.
The difference between The Incredibles and The Boys style of deconstruction? One actually examines how superheroes would work in the real world in a believable, stylish and engaging way. The other has to strawman the superheroes into assholes in order to make them metaphor about celebrity culture while also criticizing corporations meddling in politics. I'll give the tv show this. It at least actually gave the "supes" some depth. In the comic by Garth Ennis, they were every sort of lazy, bigoted, hedonist you could imagine and worse. With all characters coloured with a level of crassness I refuse to repeat.
Yes, the tv show was a vast improvement on the comics. I still refuse to refer to The Seven as "superheroes" though. It takes more than superpowers to make someone into a hero. Garth Ennis has obviously never read a Batman comic in his life.
@@Rocket1377 He got started working on 2000AD comics. That apparently made him consider Superheroes to be ridiculous... I don't think he understood the satire of those books. He does have a soft spot for Superman. Though his reasons why might be dubious. www.reddit.com/r/comicbooks/comments/1cm31j/the_real_meaning_of_superman_by_garth_ennis/ His stand ins for Wonder Women and Batman, Meave and Tek-Knight, are presented the most sympathetically too, not that it spares them from his "style".

I disagree. I like this one better. If for nothing else than its an Incredibles movie and not a Mr. Incredible movie. But if others have a different opinion that is great.
But how can they call it an incredibles movie if it was only focused on elastigirl with the grey suit with the old logo to me it was like a stand alone film
Okay am I the only one who wants Jack Jack to get his own cartoon show on Diseny+? Then I have another show aside from The Mandalorian to watch religiously.
Sarah Vowell, who plays Violet, isn't an actress. She's an author of history books and NPR frequent guest. Pixar just liked her awkward natural personality.
His character is comedic relief, this is to balance out with serious scene in the movie. You know this movie is for family and not for adult, right?. As long as Brad bird didn't forced jokes like Marvel in phase 3.
@@boboboy8189 Yes? And I can still criticize it. Finding Nemo is a family movie, and Dory is comic relief. She isn't annoying and not funny. The first Incredibles is a family movie. What's your point? The best Pixar movies dont rely on terrible, cringe worthy humor. This one did. They overused Jack Jack.
I completely agree. While the first movie took its audience seriously, this one kinda felt too rubbery and silly. It didn't have any of the grim reality that makes the first one so amazing. And yes, they overdid Jack-Jack so much. The first Incredibles is my all-time favorite animated movie, so this was a letdown.
The animation in this movie is insane. Pixar really use each dollar to develop CG industry.
Frozone needs a solo movie. I love him and Samuel L for one but that ice animation is gorgeous and i need more
