    What if I had all of the exact symptoms of pudendal neuralgia but my pain almost entirely went away but now my penis doesn’t work properly ?

      You could still have pudendal neuralgia as the pudendal nerve carries both autonomic nerve fibers and motor fibers

    I have adductor tendinosis on my left side. I also seem to have pudendal neuralgia symptoms on my left side. Could a history of limping off my left leg cause both the tendinosis and pudendal entrapment?

    • @DrewTimmermansND
      @DrewTimmermansND  2 года назад +1

      Long term changes in movement patterns can cause nerve irritation and chronic overload of tendons causing tendinosis. But that usually needs to be pretty long term. Can't say if that's your case or not

    Does this make your dorsal nerve stick out ? I’ve been having penile pain and my dorsal nerve recently starting sticking out while flaccid and also erect

      @@christianalexander4010 could you please describe the pain you have and what is the diagnosis, and what have you done about it so far?
      Mine is similar. I had a shooting pain (felt like a needle) in the dorsal vein while j3rk!ng off a month ago. I got scared and stopped all activities down there for two weeks hoping it will resolve it self. I j3rked off again only to have the same pain again. The dorsal vein only sticks out during 3rect!ons. Also, for the duration of the two weeks I had tingling feeling in the area around the dorsal vein, this tingling was not painfull, however, unfcomfortable, and it was throught the day.

    I recently had my pudendal nerve anesthetized and I felt a surreal calm wash over me, do you know what would cause that? Thanks

      Did you ever figure something out?

    • @RealOGMudbone
      @RealOGMudbone 9 месяцев назад

      @@LuisNoriega-fn2yx yes I did. It was neuralgia from HSV1 genital herpes infection. Only had one outbreak in March & so far never another. I’m on a medication called Amitriptyline which took about 3 weeks to kick in and work it’s magic. I got HSV1 from oral sex from a girl with a fever blister. Being HSV1 is not in its preferred location (genital as opposed to oral/mouth) I may never have another outbreak again & it barely sheds according to my doctor. With that said I’ve finally found a solution to my pain and my life is normal again! Take care and hope this information was useful to you
