Let me save you commentators some time. 1.) You cannot lift this chest with Magnesis, it is stuck in the ground. 2.) Emulation isn't piracy. He has said he owns a Switch and a copy of the game for said system. If emulation were piracy, then you would be a pirate for playing games on the Virtual Console, as the Virtual Console is simply an emulator.
GANONdork123 It's not piracy if you own both the Wii U and the copy of the game, but purchasing virtual console is directly from its producers, somewhat, so it wouldn't be considered the same case as emulation on whatever non Nintendo device, _I think_
Emulation isn't piracy when you use it to run the copy of the game you own. If you download it AT ALL, then you didn't make a copy of what you own, and you aren't running the copy you own. This is how so many websites have been shut down in the past. Just because this person owns a switch and the switch copy of the game, doesn't mean its not piracy that he used a WII U emulator with a downloaded WII U copy of the game. If he owned the Wii U disk, and somehow booted that desk through the emulator, you would be correct with #2. As for #1, I have never had a problem removing chests from the ground with magnesis. I just did this last night, and I learned it from watching people play LEGIT copies of the game on LEGIT hardware. The fact that magnesis is seeing the chest in red, and the game isn't registering it, means the emulator is not properly recognizing the code for magnesis.
same here. i don't even see any point in the whole weapon durability system when the game literally floods you with weapons and you never run out of op weapons anyway. all my 100 hours of gameplay i was constantly reopening my bags to decide which weapon to throw away now just to pick up another 60dmg sword or overly durable elemental sword. to a point where i literally hoped not to find any good weapons anymore so my bags would empty a little and i'd actually get to deal with the "troubles" of a weapon durability system. sadly this never happened. i was so annoyed by this fact, the whole game felt like i didn't even get the full experience because i was able to cheese the game with op weapons and armor and ended up blowing away all the bosses with +500 electric arrows, burning through my lynel bows.. this is not how i wanted the game to be. i really hope for the DLCs to include some sort of higher difficulty, make better use of the weapon durability system and make it more difficult to survive in the mountains or in the desert. i want to have to think before engaging a +10 goblin camp with at least 3 silvers in them instead of rambo'ing them into oblivion while even the strongest of them only do a quarter heart of damage per hit to me... i even friggin disabled the titan abilities and still the game was incredibly easy
Same here. I was just kinda wandering around without focusing on the story very much, and even then I started getting 20-30 power weapons pretty early on. By the time I got the Master Sword (I had only completed Vah Ruta at that point), it was already way weaker than 3 or 4 of the weapons I already had, and on the same level with all the rest. because of the BS pseudo-durability on the Master Sword, I mainly just used it to harvest ore. But I felt really bad treating the Blade of Evil's Bane like a glorified pickaxe. Worked wonders on bosses though :P

_not even slightly secret or exciting things to find. all you find is "meh" and there's nothing in this game that makes you think "omg awesome i need this" -Michel_ Depending on who's playing
not really. there are exactly 6 different kinds of regular enemies, 3 different minibosses and 5 kinds of ancient guardians. ancient guardians are completely idiotic enemies and nothing but slowdowners as soon as you obtain a pot lid and the rest of the enemies follows the same very dumb AI (excluding mini bosses). three kinds of weapons, spear, sword, greatsword. non of all those various skins of these has any special powers or exciting features except for the guardian weapons that glow, but those are basicly useless bcause they break way too soon. even the master sword is useless because it's only good against guardians and those can mostly be onehitted by using a pot lid. so .. conclusion: you've seen all of the games contents within the first 5 hours of gameplay, so the only reason to keep playing is the very obvious plot and the panorama while looking for shrines. of course, there are minigames to find but those are lame and not funny. and the sidequests are dull enough to automatically be done while keeping exploring.
I saw another video where you can actually get that chest unstuck by using stasis on it, then wacking the other chest against it with magnesis, then using magnesis to pull the chest out. Unsure if this is a different chest, tho.

What a weird chest. Was curious myself and it seemed Magnesis attached to the chest but it refused to move it. Tried Stasis and used Magnesis on the second chest to knock against it but nothing budged it. Looking on closer inspection it looks like the chest isn't in a "buried" state like most chests that require Magnesis to retrieve it, rather the model itself seems to be caught in the ground. Maybe the item didn't load correctly? Maybe they planned on having a different way to obtain this? Or maybe it's just a straight up glitched. Either way, it's not really worth it but it's weird non the less.
