Another great video Sean! I so appreciate your kettle vids brother! They make my Saturdays! I’ve been working my way through the Uncle Steve’s gift box I received as a present! His rubs are fantastic! The wife and I have been trying to eat more white meat even though we prefer thighs and drumsticks. The breasts she’s been buying have been nothing short of ginormous! I’ve seen people flatten out the boneless ones to promote even cooking. The last ones I did I marinated overnight. I was afraid of drying them out so I pulled them at 160, tented them and let them carryover to 165. I wasn’t real happy with the texture. Seeing this video I now know how I’m going to do the next batch of pterodactyl breasts she brings home! Cheers and have a great weekend! 🍻
Great looking chicken Moonshine! Cheers brother!
You hit it right on the head. A little South West flavor with a hint of the Gator. Chicken looked GREAT! Thanks my friend.
Great lookin’ birdy parts brother! I may be biased but I love that West Coast Shake 😂 Cheers brother
That color looks great. That west coast shake is fantastic. I used it on some chicken and made some tacos.
Mighty fine looking chicken. Nice and moist, and a great color on them. Cheers, Sean! 👍🏻👍🏻✌️
I haven't tried the west coast shake yet, Sean, but that chicken sure looks delicious!😋👍
Looks great, Sean! About 45 mins cook time? What was your grill temp? Thanks, brother!
