Thank you for posting this video. I related to what you said so much because I was also in an unhealthy church that preached falsehood. I just left last summer, so it's still fresh. I've been having dreams and flashbacks too. It's videos like these that cause me to reflect on my own faith and relationship with Christ. Thankful that we've "crossed paths" here because it's refreshing to see true Christianity, (someone who is not perfect, but bears many fruits of the spirit and follows Jesus, building on a solid foundation)...and it's definitely helped me along my journey to healing as well.

Hey! Wow thank you for opening up. I’ve been praying to God to he’s me of my childhood. I dread remembering it and tried to avoid going through the pain. But more and more God is showing me I need to address it. Because even if I’ve been avoiding it, it’s been affecting my relationships and making me not able to always have the fruits of the Holy Spirit. It’s been holding me back with my romantic, my family, my friends and myself. I’m scared to open up to God and a counsellor. I do want to go to therapy.. but I’ve tried before and I couldn’t open up very far. & when I open up with God I get too heartbroken and it affects my whole day. Please pray for me. Mines similar to your situation. It was a lot of spiritual trauma, that made me hate God. And emotional and physical trauma. I don’t know how to heal. It’s been years and years. I am so much more healed right now but I wish I can heal in a day cos it makes me sick to think about how it’s been affecting me all these years, I don’t want it to affect me no longer. Please pray for me. And thank you so much, for your courage. When this video popped up, I wanted to avoid it.. cos I didn’t want my mood to be affected. But when I clicked on it… I felt like God showed me.. that I’m not alone and that he heard my prayers of me just wanting healing and a reminder it’s possible. ❤ Thank you for allowing yourself to be used by God❤. Glory to God for that, God knows what we need to hear and when so I’m glad this was able to help in anyway. And yes healing is not easy, it takes time but most importantly it takes our willingness to continue going and praying to Jesus for healing; and trusting Him through the pain and suffering as well. It might take a long time but God will be there with you every step of the way; He did it for me and He can do it for you as long as we believe and seek Him 🙏🏼 Praying for your healing 🙏🏼
Even in the Bible it talks about religion making unnecessary rules Matthew 23:4 “They crush people with unbearable religious demands and never lift a finger to ease the burden.” But it’s relationship not religion and we obey Him out of love because we want to not because we have to and He loves us and cares about us so very much and He always knows and wants what is best for us and He helps us to do do good because only He is Perfect only He is truly Good we are nothing without Him John 15:5 “Yes, I am the vine; you are the branches. Those who remain in Me, and I in them, will produce much fruit. For apart from Me you can do nothing.” And I love this Verse 1 john 3:6 “Anyone who continues to live in Him will not sin. But anyone who keeps on sinning does not know Him or understand who He is.” 😊❤
We should speak life not death blessing not curse and only the Holy Spirit can convict us so we shouldn’t judge or condemn instead we pray for each other because only God can change us and help us 😊❤ Romans 8:1 “So now there is no condemnation for those who belong to Christ Jesus.”
