Hi, If we compare 30L FD vs 30L in MF. You can invest it in Balanced(Mixed) Fund or Nifty50 low beta Funds to get 10-16% per annum if you are medium risk averse. This is better than FD. Your withdrawal amount needs to be less than or same as 10~16% this will help you to capital growth and as well as monthly income. 1) Ideally you can invest 30L of Funds wait for 2-3 years and then start SWP for Monthly income 2) Other option is start SWP on 70-80% Invested amount 30L and based to capital growth you can increase SWP amount

So I was thinking keep half in SWP and use that money to pay my EMI Back again with 9% ROI also I'm getting good returns is this advisable or not. Kindly help me this.
