Wasn’t a fan of these at first but they have grown on me I see a lot of sports but not the si they look better in person I think the sport and the si are too close in the looks they should’ve did a bit more I can’t understand why Honda has been sticking with 200 hp for almost 20 years !!!!! For the si but they are underrated I’ve seen 8th gen’s and 9th gen’s bone stock dyno around 180 which is about 220 hp
Manufacturing costs mixed in with the power balance (for what the parts can handle) are part of the reason why Hondas have a bit less horsepower and torque.
Also, the nice thing about Hondas (especially with the 6 speed manual equipped vehicles) is you can get a lot out of them when properly modified and tuned.
@@brandonburkhardt1513 You can but it will end up costing waaay more dealing with importing. The new 2025 si has most of the canadian features here in the US finally.
I just pre-ordered the 2025 Si and I'm definitely looking forward to that. Also looking forward to V-Tech being equipped on the turbocharged motors (in addition to variable cam timing) the 10th gen turbos didn't have. That extra V-Tech valve in the back of the engine is gonna be sweet 😁
THIS IS NOT THE BEST CIVIC. The 10th gen is, and like the user up there said, the Canadian version is great. We paying $30k with half the tech missing. Mine was $23k otd back in 2018, now this shit out the door with markup is $38k... For absolutely nothing.
For $38k I expect heated seats, steering wheel, sunroof, air vents in the rear, USB chargers all over, AWD, 275hp minimum, leather seats, Harmon kardon sound system, all the safety tech, more head space etc.... this shit worth $15k max.

The bucket seats reminds me of ep3 honda civic
Loved the bucket seats!
The canadian version is great, US spec not so much...
I always find it strange when Canada gets something the US doesn’t!
Can we buy one in Canada and bring it to the US?

I’ve honestly never seen a manual car that shows the gear you are in on the display..
VWs do, GR Corolla
I finally saw one… its awesome

37k for a 200hp car…..
And it has a bunch of downgrades to the older models. Exterior looks great, but no heated seats and a bunch of other stuff is gone
