Thank you Joe for the tour...while you are in Puglia may I recommend you visit the town of Giovinazzo which is a suburb of Bari. I was born in Giovinazzo and it is such a beautiful town, right on the water of the Adriatic. Giovinazzo also has great restaurants. You should check it out.
