The classic bit where they start pretending Fez died years ago and was replaced by Big A... while he's still in the room and talking. It's hard to find, but it's called Ron & Fez - Remembering Fez. By the end they start a seance to contact him. It's weird realizing the whole bit was written out and just injected into the show, out of nowhere, in the middle of a typical conversation about old TV.

The greatest part of Ron & Fez is that to this day I'm unsure of what was a shoot or a work. Some of the best/worst radio I've ever heard. Even when you had to look at your radio to see if it was still operating during the awkward silences was riveting. RIP to the Big Cat. 🙏🤙

Most people think that what set Fez off around the JFK era was his unrequited love for Rory Hamptons, who was either an intern or producer for the NEW shows.

49:14 Shelby was Fez’s date when Fez’s mother visited for thanksgiving, and I think Fez wanted more of a relationship with him. And since it didn’t happen I think Fez felt rejected and probably contributed to his anger towards Shelby.

She was on an actual radio show Hooters on the Radio, that ron, ron&fez would work with.
Also, i don't know if BL and Fez officially buried the hatchet, but i went to Fezcon last year, and she was there helping run things, and obviously loved Fez. Also, Fez was at Fezcon, literally, in an urn on a table. His sister brought him up to NYC from Florida

@@BlindMikeProject It was a great cap to the ron&fez show. I had listened since they started in NYC, back in the O&A WNEW era, all thru the SiriXM years, and i will listening to RUclips clips almost daily. You're not the only one who falls asleep to R&f RUclips clips. I'm not sure if you ever listened live, or found out about them afterwards, but they built a small but really tight knit group of listeners. I had never been to one of their live events before Fezcon, and it was really cool to get to meet Ron, Earl, Dave and various side characters like BL, Billy Staples, etc. Funny enough, Rons daughter lives near me, i run into her food shopping occasionally, she's very nice.

He hated Popcorn as much as Mikey D maybe more...the one where he was giving Poporn hell about him missing for his mom food allergy (which turned out was a lie) and his love of intern Matty Ice ..but in same episode about 30 min later they found out Popcorn was lying about his food service job is as funny as any you played maybe more

Great episode; the Fez feud I think about most often is the one with Americas only 2 time Heisman trophy winner Archie Griffin (ruclips.net/video/guBSa0B6Psg/видео.html). When Griffin uses the term "smear the queer" you knew it was going to be a problem, and the fact that everyone held it in until the interview was over & they came back from break, and then lost it.....and obviously fez went nuclear! I think about that to this day and laugh

There’s a real reason Fez hated BL. When they did that Hooters on the radio show Fez was the glue that held the show together and he was way funnier than all those women. Then they got a syndication deal (which fell through) and each got $10k, but they kept that from Fez and he didn’t find out to way later. All of this was according to Ron.
