Depends with the weather, if it is sun day just less than 5 minutes

@anocri I've been in the tyre industry for 23 years and overlap repairs are a no no .
@@kelvinsparks4651 Also no buffing preparation of the tube before applying the cement is a receipt for failure. Just finished fixing a tractor tube a minute ago.
