He is absolutely correct about single mothers putting these young men into something constructive by men so that their emotional differences can be checked. I often see a lot of boys growing up disrespectful to the mother and try running the household.

Whether it was my primary home or rental properties,I spent a lot of money and I'm glad I followed my own mind. I had doubters,haters and ppl telling me not to buy property.
