I enjoy the history of racing pigeons. My dad and I raced when I was 8 or 9 for a couple years. I won a few races. Now 54 years later racing pigeons is my son’s passion. He has won many races and has finished in the top twenty a couple times in one loft races. Thank you for the video
@joel11230 It's great to hear about fanciers like myself that are passionate about racing. I wish you all the best for the forthcoming season. Regards Dave

@StephenGlencross-yg4nt Yes you are right again about not having any money but then I always cut my cloth accordingly. I only have a 10x 8 loft and keep 30 ish old and youngbirds and race about 5 race's a season. I don't race or train youngbirds just open hole then 1st race 120/130 miles 200 then the chanel as yearlings upto 500. The chanel race's is what I focus on I just use inland to get them fit. It keeps me happy just being able to still race and be part of our wonderful sport. Regards Dave
@stevenmiller8920 Thank you for your kind comment I loved it so many memories of being a kid I can still smell the booze, fats and the wood shavings now 🤣 Regards Dave
