When I was a kid in the 70's I would see a lot of Air Streams on the road and in campsites. Don't see nearly as many nowadays. My dad told me the guy that started the company used to work at a plane factory so made the campers with a lot of the same design ideas as planes using light weight aluminum.
So glad to see this really nice family making life on the road work well for them. There an inspiration to me and I just love the monster under the bed named "Ruby". God bless you !

I am convinced that living in a small space makes for tighter more loving relationships. Disputes have to be settled quickly as there are no "go to your room" spaces. The brothers are super sweet!❤❤ Lucky family🤩🌈

We have the precise same layout of Airstream trailer. Our's is a 2007 model, but storage and layout is precisely the same. Despite not having two young kids with us, we utilize our truck and trailer pretty much the same way as these folks. We love all the windows and all of the inside storage. Because we also use a pickup truck to tow our Airstream, I use the back of the truck for storage, as well. You guys did an awesome job making your video and describing your use of the Airstream! Well done!
I like the yellow- ish background color of the decor with the bright pops of color in the pillows and bedspread. The trailer is so uncluttered that it is refreshing.

I think the shower door is designed that way on purpose to keep it from swinging open while towing. I could be wrong though, and there definitely are other ways to accomplish the same thing if that is the case.
Nobody ever talks about how much it sucks being hot while boondocking because you can’t run the ac. Those things are little ovens. Can’t wait for my Cybertruck!

Growing up in the sixties & seventies with my stepfather and my mom went camping a lot. Any time we saw an Airstream trailer we always saw how very well made they were, with very beautiful interiors & great appliances. They just seem like a very good trailer to have. If you get th a chance to get ahold of one I would recommend getting it. You won't be disappointed.
Adorable kiddos... nice family, having wonderful experiences 😊Seems like they could make better use of the storage underneath there Airstream, in the back, under bed, and also, inside the Airstream... that way they could perhaps carry some extra water so that they could Boondock longer. Also, seems like the addition of a secure covering for the back of their pick up truck would be good especially in places where they might be parked in an urban areas where people can just lift off their toats. Maybe they could have somebody make shelves for the spaces that they want to make better use of and also a cutting board for over the sink to add to prep space
We have the 28 foot also, to fix your airstream shower door, just get a small hard piece of plastic or even a metal nut. Then place it in the corner under the shower door. Stay safe and enjoy the journey.

my mother in law raised her 2 in an old travel trailer from the 50's . her husband did construction and traveled. that's how they raised their boys
