Transmission recipe is: 50% stock gear oil 50% RedLine gear oil, makes it trans smooth as butter. Fixed my sti trans in no time. Try that.

Agreed new transmission fluid makes a big difference you can actually tell a difference not placebo lol
Definitely run the redline cocktail I have heard it works wonders on the notchy sti trans plus ones that have a slight grind in 3rd or 4th when banging the gear. The motul fluid is to slippery on used trans but the redline allows the synchro's to do what they were made to do. I am switching to it whenever I get mine in the mail.

Sure, keep the WRX and sell the STi…it makes total sense, are we in the Twilight Zone? 🙄 We know you have a sentimental connection with your WRX but sheesh… i guess it’s easier to sell a mostly stock STi than a heavily modified WRX …good luck with your sale!
His WRX is STI swapped… why would he sell that over the STI. Not to mention he had a build motor in the WRX??
@@MooseTvGaming because at the end of the day it’s still a WRX, the vin number says so 🤣. I can assure you most people would prefer to buy a nearly stock STi than a heavily customized WRX, not everyone wants that headache. Don’t want to lose all the money you spent on parts? Every part is swappable between them, swap the parts to the STi and keep the car with the most value $…thats just how it is.
