It's also just a way to support me without any of the teambuilding/fixing perks! Tier 2 - $4.99: With this tier, you get everything from tier 1, as well as the option to ask for "TeamFixing." Here, you can submit a team to me via message/DM on discord, and I can fix the EV spreads or recommend Pokemon for what's optimal for the format at the moment. You can also receive a member-only video where I fully explain how I fix the team, but if you'd like to just do this part via discord call, this is fine. Tier 3 -$9.99: Here we can BUILD a team from scratch rather than simply fix a squad. This can be done via discord call, as well as a dedicated member-only video for it. Here, we help look and analyze your games and offer advice and suggestions to improve understanding of battle mechanics and thought process turn by turn.
@K2KingTwo What we're essentially doing is showing you the pieces to surround the restricted along with the EV spreads which many don't know how to do if they're a beginner. So yes, these are "meta" but you have to understand what makes them like this. Which pieces you choose matter because you can't just slap any meta pieces. They have to be the right ones and you have to know how to EV them properly. Hope this helps!
Don't worry abt what ppl say. This is the first game I ever gave VGC a try and your channel is such a great help. I use your rentals cuz building teams is a hassle and your building teams vids help me understand how to actually use a team so thank you! Keep it up bro!@@CloverBells
@@CloverBells Ah I use Tera Fairy for resistance when I don't outspeed (especially Iron Bundle from what I've seen), and have U-Turn to pivot. I'm interested in trying Dazzling Gleam now, and maybe Volt Switch too; same with Chi Yu.
What do you think about the EV spreads and tera types of the Miraidon team that won worlds last time compared to what you suggest here? I've seen tera bug on iron hands, with 0 speed evs and ivs for example and a slightly slower modest miraidon. There's a whole team report on Victory Road (I'm sure you've seen it).
Those are fine spreads and you can definitely use them even now! The modest vs. timid argument is dependent on the player. More damage vs. faster mirror. Bug is also fine vs. grass. It's the same argument for Archaludon and Heatran back in older formats. It's for the ground weakness and having fighting resistance against Urshifu, Zamazenta, and Koraidon. Pros and cons.
In pokemon, when you invest your vitamins to increase a stat, usually it goes up by 1 point. However, in the natured stat that you chose (ex: adamant), you'll see a "bump" in that stat only when you invest EVs. On Pokemon Showdown, there are 3 distinct points within the 252 bar where the stat will increase by 2 points instead of one. Look at Heatran and make it modest. You'll see that as you move the slider and get it to +76 the special attack increases by 2 points instead of one! Amazing! From here, the rule is that for every 80 EVs invested after the first bump, you'll see it again. So +156 and +236 investment in special attack you'll see the 2nd and 3rd bump. This is only 1 example for 1 pokemon. Another Pokemon may see the bumps elsewhere in their natured stat. Hopefully this helps!
Yes i was going to say, the farigiraf is non negotiable. It's way too important. For blood moon you can definitely go with the Iron Bundle to give you a FWG core with the ogerpon or the Urshifu (either Urshifu is okay)
This was the first team I revisited for Reg G. I went Miraidon, Whims, Chi-Yu, Water Pon, Hands, and my niche pick was Iron Crown. I think Crown is very much slept on
I will try those miraidon Teams Initial I like the aggressive options but I think I Like those Zamazenta squads more. I also tried to build an earthquake Coaching Team with solgaleo and Galarian Zapdos But I have Not enough knowledge about the format so I First try to watch as many teambuilding Videos and regional Games as possible. So thank you for your content this IS top Level content to get better at vgc
Something I feel was super underrated or under utilized last time Reg G was around was Thunderus with eerie impulse. It shuts down all the top SpAtk threats like Miraidon and Caly-Shadow, it has a positive matchup into Water Ursh and has weather control. I think it pairs well with Dark Ursh to threaten Farigiraf and Caly-Ice. I’m not sure what its best team would be, maybe with Caly-Ice or Koraidon? I wonder if it will get picked up this time around.
it's a good niche pokemon that fits well onto most tornadus teams as a replacement. Can do well with kyogre because of the help with rain but also helps with calyrex shadow
@ yeah I guess looking at it now it’s just a worse Whimsicott. It has less reliable speed control, less reliable damage control, slower speed, and fairy is just more valuable coverage with all the dragons and fighting types. Truly its only niche would be rain dance which Whimsicott does not have. With dual coverage like sludge bomb it may be a better offensive threat into certain matchups like Ogerpon and Rilla but yeah I guess I see now why it is overlooked haha

the day i see CB physical miraidon at a regional is the day im showing up to worlds with a skwovet
😂😂
Thanks for watching, all! What do you think of these Miraidon squads? Let us know in the comments if you use them!
Aren’t you just copying the meta teams? Not really building a team

@@the76wave58 Correct!
Will we see the meta progress for another few months or has everything been mostly figured out?
youll see some progression, yes.
Miraidon is my favorite Pokèmon! I'm so happy it's really good, and can somewhat be diverse even if it's still simply brain off button mashing.
You have to position it well especially against other terrain setters and chien pao/flutter manes since they have the same speed tier

Watching the vid to use the team ❌️
Watching the vid to know how to beat the team ✔️
😂💪
Can you do a mewtwo one? Might be interesting?
Thats just a worse calyrex shadow rider IMO. You can do some stuff with expanding force and indeedee as a starting point. But then we ask, why?
