  • You know that little voice in your head that seems to chatter all of the time? Perhaps it seems so noisy because we actually have four little voices in our heads, but we can learn to tame them.
In this interview, we sit down with Dr. Jill Bolte-Taylor, Harvard-trained neuroscientist and the New York Times best-selling author of My Stroke of Insight. In her new book, Whole Brain Living, Dr. Jill Bolte Taylor helps you meet the four characters in your own brain, debunking the left and right brain theories of the mind.

    I love JBT 👍👍
It’s a pity to now (Nov 22) realise that most of the pandemic fear was media and false information created. We lived in fear because of what we were told, not from the real risk.

    Hi Jill.
Just read your "My stroke of insight" book, wow, fascinating!
    I have a few questions:
    1) Does everyone who suffers a stroke similar to you, experience their left brain shutting down and having a right brain / nirvana experience?
    2) Does our perception reality exist in our brains? In other words, is there no external / objective reality as we perceive it?
    Thanks. 🙂

There is a growing group of people who claim to have no inner dialogue. Can this be accurate or are they simply unaware that they have an inner critic.

None of us can really know what is in someone else's mind, but I would guess that these people are just unaware, or perhaps closed off to their inner dialogue. In my opinion, of course. :)
