If you are expecting this game to be Detroit Become Human with tons of choices, it is not, its 3rd person subnautica with a tale of a person running from their problems
My problem is I'm at the end of the close call missiom where I have to make a laser upgrade but when I went to do it it said I don't have enough electronics and I have no idea where to find Electronics in this game I've even looked it up and I can't find it, if anyone knows please let me know.
Hey, if I am remembering correctly Electronics are just a scavengable material. If you use sonar pulse (forgot exactly what it's called) you should be able to highlight materials in the area to be able to find some. I would start the search near the home base.
After completing the Check Oxygen mission I don't the call from Tim asking to check the Containers? I'm currently just swimming around endlessly? I'm guessing I'm going to have to start the game again?
Wow, the full game in under 5 hours? I read a normal playthrough takes around 10 hours and if you explore everything you can add a few hours to that. Pity most RUclipsrs rush through a game barely looking left and right.

I found the game seriously boring and dreary, nothing like the producer's previous games. they were much more immersive and exciting. both in terms of rich story and dynamic gameplay. but this game bears no resemblance to them at all. it was a big disappointment for me. I asked myself why Quantic Dream would make a game like this... my opinion was reinforced even more when I saw this video showing of full gameplay.
Yeah, the reason for this game is to make us aware of what's going on with the oceans. Quantic dream I think helped make it, but they were not in control of anything. With the purchase of every game. Some of it went to the foundation that made the game with Quantic dreams. It may be a disappointment because I played all of their games and I am a little disappointed to. But I am grateful to what they did, they made this to make us aware about how we're destroying our oceans with the oil and the plastic and metals and anything else that gets thrown into the sea it's just to make us aware what's going on

Hey, that is just how the game is, as far as I could see there was no setting to change this.
The good ending is leave the room and don't sacrifice yourself with your little sister and your wife is the best moment in under the waves game ever.

Did you do the other daily mission (Maintenance)? I think you have to do both before the Tim/Containers trigger.

I'm playing it right now. Sure, it's not Bloodborne but I like it. Exploration is well done, deep sea atmosphere spot on.

This game uses quantic dream tech but isn't made by them. Think unreal engine or cryengine for example.
Its like the devs saw Firewatch and thought "let make that but underwater.... and worse in every way."
Under the Waves it's made by Parallel Studio, isn't a Quantic Dream game. They are working on Star Wars Eclipse.
