In this Longplay/Walkthrough video, i'm playing and showing a thorough and detailed guide about how to complete the Sega Genesis version of Streets of Rage 2 [USA] by playing as Axel Stone from the beginning to the very end on the Hardest difficulty setting.

You probably meant "shuriken", not shoruken. Shoruken is a special move used by Ryu and Ken in the Street fighter game.
I liked all the streets of rage games and this was my favorite out of the three.

From 56:02 to 56:15(The only time in the whole game you do that Double Jump Kick) to 56:40 is some EPIC GAME PLAY.
The player does it at 32:30 as well, but that one is more of a flashy finishing move.
My favorite character especially in second and third series

O cara zerou no hardest sem levar nem um soco.
This one had the best soundtrack too !!! Man streets of rage 2 is my fav im glad that 4 let us have a retro soundtrack. But yea 4 was a smash time for 5.
A lot of people wonder how can anybody be this good? Simple practice makes perfect! And the basic stick, jab and move strategy?
What intrigued me most about Axel were his stats in comparison with the other 3's. Max and Skate make up the stereotypical strength vs speed dynamic while Blaze was balanced all around. But Axel had a unique 3/3 for Technique while the others had 2/3. However, when watching both your gameplay of Axel and someone else's, you mostly use Axel's Grand Upper--a great move for driving through any number of opponents front and above. Other than that, he looks bog standard from where I'm looking.
It's possible that I may be thinking of more variability when it comes to the word "technique", rather than single blows, or using one fancy move to lead to another. In any case, I could've sworn Axel also had at least one jump kick that could that powerful pipe hitting sound.
Anyways, now that I've seen all 4 players at their best, I think I still like Max the most. Dare I argue that his own German Suplex trumps any of the others' techniques.
max doesn’t have any anti airs (except for his knuckle bomb) so that’s pretty much his only downside
Superb video. Like a good Bud Spencer movie. Eg. 48:50 - 52:08 The enemies attack only when it is ideal for Axel. Unfortunately it can't be a real gaming but good to see.
Man do you have to repeat every fucking move thousand times.
This game can be played with so much style.

i think u were the person who did a blaze playthrough for sor1 hardest difficulty, but i was gonna say we play the same way as axel as well, except i could never defeat jet without jumpkicking. i guess it's bc axel cant jump well tho

On hard it works but on hardest I am not good enough to finish it without losing a life. So I need your playthrough to analyse the enemies I am struggling with…You are insanely good at it. My father was like this…

In the first streets of rage game you couldn't lift those fat guys up. They would fall on you and smash you.

Can't believe how slow this game is and how sluggish it feels compared to the original game. How come people prefer SOR2 to SOR?!
Any tips,it seems I get surrender a lot and I'm no able to grab enemies before they grab me.🤔
don’t provoke enemies into grabbing you, wait for a opportunity to grab them.

Technically this isn't the hardest difficulty, from what I remember there was a cheat you could do that put two extra difficulties in the menu an insane one and a very easy one.

Technically this IS the hardest difficulty. If you have to put in a cheat code to access a harder level of play, it's not the hardest difficulty.

that’s literally because that’s his most damaging move, do you really expect him to manually combo enemies and not take damage on hardest?
Bruh It's a beat em up from 1992 it doesn't have hundreds of moves like a modern fighting game.

I think the special move gives you invincibility frames. I’ve seen him use it several times to dodge
if you stand still when doing a special attack, it doesn’t take your health like how jump attacks that don’t know down have invincibility frames
