I’ve had negative experiences of solicitors. I think they reply based on the monetary return of the time they invest in their interactions! If interactions are simply ‘forwards’ of opposite party solicitor emails, or no reply to requests for a ‘phonecall’ to discuss substantive issues etc. All that does not bode well. In fairness, I am talking about two solicitors. I may need to expand my search!
Hi Terry. I bought a TV from Arnot's on 13 of January. I reported the TV faulty the next day. 2 months later I finally managed for them to take the tv back and send me a refund. Now they have my tv since last Saturday but I can not get them to send me my refund. If you think its something we can do about it can you please send me a text.
