I've never liked porridge and feel it's very overrated. I prefer to eat nuts (roasted and salted cashews and almonds), or eggs in the morning. They keep me satiated and energised for hours. I also feel that fruit is overrated and I personally opt for predominantly vegetables in my diet instead. According to Ayurvedic nutrition (which dates back 3,000+ years), fruit should ideally be eaten alone and not in combination with other food types, and should be consumed at least 3 hours apart from other meals. This is apparently due to the body being able to digest fruit more optimally and efficiently when it's been eaten on its own.
I enjoyed watching you prepare your delicious breakfast and lunch. It's nice to see that you close the office at lunch to unwind and refuel. Were you going for a run at the end? It's not easy filming your own "day in the life" but you did such a great job. 👏
Interesting to share in your day Terry. You come across as busy & proactive. Do you prefer to say Enfield or Innfield? is a nice looking town. As a student in Dublin, I remember frequent train journeys passing through your railway station.
Recently I have been trying to develop a mantra (per se). It is a self educating exercise (self education), I have used verbal from one of your videos (and adapted it to suit myself) as the foundation of the first part of it. I write it in black ink, then, red ink, then green, then blue etc. Changing or altering the wording where applicable. It was the video which began............. Without descending into a pit of (pathetic) particulars, or (indeed) naming names. It has helped me deal with various life experiences. Thanking you.
Impressive baking skills there. I have only come across your channel recently and finding it very interesting. Am spreading the word. Is it usual for purchasers of a property to do a pre completion inspection? viz the young couple in the west? I'd never heard of this, despite having bought 5 houses over my life. Perhaps I was getting poor or incomplete legal advice?
You can't go wrong by starting the day off with porridge .. people forget how important a good breakfast is .

That bread scene was very tense 😮🎵🎶
This popped up on my feed even though it’s an old video. You should do another one ❤
Lovely. A lovely calm feeling to your day. I'm sure it is not always so. Lovely video.

Yes, I would always advise a pre-closing inspection, on or just before closing day
