I lubricated it and inserted a blank key multiple times you think it chock be because it was aftermarket? I've done about 8 ford's that use the h75 key and never ran into anything like this
you dont get any code from the vin,,,,unless if you call the dealership,,,but you have to show you are the owner of the vehicle,,,or locksmith with permission from owner,,,,,,,,,
Please do not speak of things that you have no understanding in, a real locksmith can get codes on how to cut a car key by the VIN number from a company that provides that service for locksmiths.

Same just happened to me but I wasn't able to lishi the ignition I couldn't get the first two wafers to do anything
That's bad, did you try to lubricate the ignition and insert a blank key multiple times.
Sometimes you need to release the wafers.
