I watched this and another video which suggested exactly the same fix. However once in Bluetooth audio codec my device doesn't let me select AAC. Of the 5 options in that menu only SBC is selected or selectable as the other 4 are greyed out and won't select. My problem persists.... 🙄
This issue began for me after I "disabled absolute volume" in the developer options due to the lowest volume being too loud for quiet listening. Restarting the phone seems to have fixed it.

Only works with ear buds on and as soon as you take them off it goes back to the where it was at first and the voice is not in Sync again, 16 years I have been a Samsung customer but now I want to change to IPhone now because of this.

so what about when its not with headphones its with every form of video, its always like 3 seconds ahead or behind never syncs with lip movement of the videos
I can't get this issue resolved. Every time I try to make a tiktok the audio is never in sync. My phone is up to date. I tried this option, I have developer options on, but can't select aac. Anyone else have this issue? I can't record without lag.

For me setting all the dev audio settings to default fixed my issue. I was getting desync and lag on YT when skipping back and forth. All gone now!
Mine brings the option up but it won't let me change it? I see the option but when I click on it nothing happens do you know why?
Once in developer operations it does not allow me to change anything. Also it happens on the device.

My Bluetooth connects and works but only one side (either left or right) works properly the other side has faint audio

I changed my "ram plus" from 4 to 6gb and now it seems to work fine... the Bluetooth option did not work for me..

I made that mistake - it is greyed out. It's the circle that gets greyed out not the label. Very confusing. 😊
And that doesn't work either. Doesn't let you switch to AAC or any of the others.

But I.managed to solve it by increasing RAM Plus from 4 to 8 GB allocation in Battery and Memory setting ..
