It's always controversial to call something THE BEST, but this trail delivers every single time. Everyone can enjoy the Flow Trail, and as your skills improve I guarantee you'll enjoy it even more.
The Flow Trails gets a lot of traffic but volunteers are always active in keeping the trail rideable. It's pretty much rideable year round, but like most Northern California trails, needs to be avoided after rain. The more rain, the longer we have to let the trail dry out.

Just rode this on Sunday and both the parking lot and the road were packed with cars. Clearly a weekday is preferable!
