Very attractively decorated property, my kind of colour scheme. What I am not keen on though are narrow rooms and upstairs with the reduced head height and sloping ceilings. BTW, liking the quick play on words at the start mentioning Summer, just what I was thinking 😄, confused though when you walked into the kitchen and you mentioned Dumbledore, thought it was going to be a Harry Potter themed room 🤔
hahahaha your comparing a crappy Leicestershire 1970's bungalow with a terrible linear floor plans where it's so narrow you have to go through rooms to get to another, to Battersea in London??? Most people would prefer life in London than there, hence the difference in price. Supply and demand, nobody wants to live where that bungalow is, unless your over 65 and retired i suppose. Plus London investments are often much better in returns
Love it, this would cost like 30x the price closer to London. Much prefer a castle in the country than a flat in london.
As someone who owns a castle in the country, I’d take a flat in London any day
@@immers2410 why !
@@bonezsj the upkeep and the isolation mainly
That was such a nice tour!
I love it when it’s you two or Matt and Summer that make the tours because you guys do it in a cozier and friendlier way ☺️
Nice and homely. I could see myself living quite happily there.
Need to let a good interior designer loose on this place. Lots of potential.
Answer .. A lot .. Very nice and a lovely pool, had it all going just for a mil
Nice house shame the gardens poor but with the right money and plans could be better
Lawn normal has lines in it. Pictures after last summer when temp above 30 deg
Gorgeous property. Well done, guys.

Snip compared to a studio flat (44 sq meters ) at the Battersea power station . 🥂❤️

Heard Leicestershire and I gave a like straight away more tours in the Rast Midlands please
To think if they removed the picture of Louis Hamilton they can get £2mil maybe even more. #Ferrari lol
Pictures are Lewis Hamilton LH44 and one is signed personal to me, so price now going up 😂
Amazing house, I would love to own a house like this 1 day!!! Dream house
The indoor heated pool is 🔥🔥🔥
Powder room!.... In the Midlands! 🤩
Crikey, this is quite near me! Wish I had the money, I'd buy it like a shot!

Very nice home, get plenty of punch for your pound lol 😂(just made that up instead of bang for your buck) unusual layout but still very practical.
Half the county.
I'd love a walk in wardrobe.
Very Beautiful 🥰😍🤗🤗🤗❤️✌️🕊️💃🕺💃🕺💃🕺😎👍
The most notably thing was the corridor walk lol

british houses look ugly on the outside but beautiful on the inside
