I cannot tell you how important this video was to me! My loyalty is always for the American worker and I needed to know this information. Thank you for all you do and thank you for your wonderful, quality made products!!🥰
Thanks for sharing. This brings me back in the day, where I held a position where we made multi filament wire including wire to make cables for LHC, MRI... Wow, I'm so surprised your draw machines are in such good working order. You must have good PM plans. Thanks again for sharing.
That is so impressive and made in the USA! Thank you so much for the information. I use Beadalon products and used some of the wire today, in fact. I've always wondered about how the 49 strand wire is made. Amazing!
This was so fun to watch! Thank you for the insider view of Beadalon production. It’s fascinating to see how you process the wire for different purposes/industries.
Thank you for sharing this with us So interesting this is my favorite company I started making jewelry about 2 years ago and I started watching Sara Ellis and she always uses your products that's how I got to know this company and I've been using it ever since thank you so much
This was really interesting to see. I had no idea that you made things other than for DIY! I have a greater appreciation now for what you do. I love learning from Sara and Meredith, but it’s great to see a behind the scenes face! Thank you for sharing! 💜
Thank you so much for making this great video. It was so interesting, I loved it. Does the water flow over the wire and machinery to prevent overheating? I have to say, I would give anything to run through the Beadalon factory, grabbing your 49 strand beading wire and a bag of every kind of Finding you make, in every color they come in!!! I'd be set for life! Thank you Beadalon 😊. P.S. I'm Australian and, sadly, our manufacturing base has really shrunk over the years, so I just want to say to all the Americans out there: please support your local industries. Don't end up like us, having to import EVERYTHING!!! (Sorry for preaching guys, 😅 😬, but it has to be said!!!) Love from Amanda in Melbourne. xox
Nice... I do have a question. Why always such a small spools. Don't you make big spools? Because I go to 10m very fast and that 2 to 3 spools depending the size of wire. I would love to have spools if 30 to 50 meter...
Thanks for asking! Yes, we do offer larger spool lengths. If you go to our website (beadalon.com) you can browse to the wire section and select a wire and color, then you can see the different length available to you.
@@beadalon do you have registration to Belgium for the vat? Because otherwise we have to pay at least 25 euro taxes of it when it's shipped from USA. I am really in trouble because honestly, there isn't good crafting wire in Belgium. Now I use beadsmith wire, but they changed their logo and their packaging and I say their wire isn't the same either. When you do rose golden or golden copperwire, when you finished you are sparkling and your wire is silver color or blackish... my dealer is now looking to get the old wire for me and to refund my money. But in the meanwhile I dont have wire to work with... Us people are saying that the wire you make is very good wire so... but I want to be sure the vat is included...
