If C.T ratio is given 400/5, in this ratio will be I1/I2, so, primary current I1= 400A and secondary current I2= 5A, this will valid for all question; In case C.T(Current Transformer) primary current high and secondary current reduce by C.T up to measurable low quantity like 5A.
