- Hezbollah has denied any involvement in an air strike which killed 12 in the Israeli-occupied Golan Heights.
Children were among the fatalities when a rocket hit a football pitch in the Druze town of Majdal Shams.
But Israel has blamed the Lebanese militant group for the attack, and now many fear an all-out war in the middle east.

It's extremely convenient that Israel have this advanced missile interception system that successfully intercepted strikes on certain cities, but fail on locations that is mainly minority population, isn't it? Belarus is not independent country even if pretending to be. Poland was occupied until 1992. and regain full independence (well not so full as part sovereignity was given to EU) in 2015. after defeating postsoviets and liberals. There was no peace conference with Germans for this day so technically, by the law the eastern lands were "under polish administraction" until the polish border was recognised in 1990. So as you can see it is no so simply, de iure, de facto and picture from media are different. Taken territory does not means is fully legal incorporated and wars for annexations are forbiden as crime.

Majdal Shams ~ they refused to accept Israeli citizenship in 1981 when Israel annexed the Golan Heights. As a result, the Israeli army sealed them off for months. There is absolutely no reason for Hezbollah to attack that village. This is just another desperate attempt by the Israelis to justify upcoming atrocities in Lebanon.

Israel didn't start this war, Hamas declared war and didn't stop firing rockets into Israel since October, the only reason rockets from Gaza have reduced in frequency is because the IDF went in and destroyed the Hamas combat units that were launching them.

The victims of the strike were Syrian Christian Druze and they have made many videos including their leaders stating that it was israel that fired t them and the missiles was israeli not Lebanese. Hezbolah to this day have never ever fired on the Golan height as it is Syrian occupied land, they always target the Lebanese occupied territories....

I don’t understand why there is a double standard. If there is a terrorists or fighters that firing from one country to another, according to UN resolution, the first country is an aggressor and the second country should defend itself.
I think that Israel should stop saying that they are fighting with a terrorist organisation and start using the correct terminology, in this case a war against aggressor which is Lebanon. It’s as simple as that. Every other interpretation is wrong and misleading everyone. Hezbollah sitting in Lebanese parliament, Hezbollah fighters are Lebanese, so I don’t understand where there is a place for misunderstanding.
For example, there are radical Islamic terrorists that shooting rockets or missiles from today’s France towards England, to whom England will present its complaints and actions? I think that the answer is clear.
So Israel should stop separating Hezbollah from Lebanon, like these are two different entities and they are working on different peace of land.

Just Hamas claimed that Israel struck a hospital killing 500 people which turned out to be Islamic Jihad rocket misfired and fell in the parking lot. This time Hezbollah tries to say that it is Iron Dome. Iron Dome does not use Iranian rockets and 50 kilos of explosives.

The Golan was captured from Syria after it made the mistake of joining a coalition led by Egypt that menaced Israeli with total destruction in 1967 and used the Heights to shell Israelis in the valley below. The Golan has rightfully since been annexed by Israel and remain in their hands in perpetuity. There are consequences for starting a war and then losing it.

Syria lost the Golan heights during their war to steal Israel, they got their asses handed to them and lost the land, Egypt also lost Sinai but Israel handed it back after a peace treaty.
Israel never stole Palestine, they simply formed a Palestinian state when the Arabs didn't want to share, the Arab Palestinians who didn't stay in Israel then continued their warmongering for decades instead of forming a proper Palestinian state of their own and negotiating proper borders.

Since the 1967 Arab-Israeli War, Majdal Shams has been controlled by Israel, although the international community recognizes it as part of Syria. Israelis should not be there in the first place.

Syria remained antagonistic for decades, and Israel eventually decided to just keep it.
