I only pulled one, but for some reason I've been guessing right almost all miracle picks. That's how I got my 2nd Gyarados and Vaporeon, and my second Celebi.
I run this without misty and add x-speeds instead. In place of lapras I run golduck for some good pressure early on. Even without misty I can throw down with Gary once all the energy is in play, thanks to vaporeon

This deck is way too much fun! Once you get a full-powered Gyarados, it's almost impossible to lose.
You mentioned shiny gyarados and it made me think that a main set based around gen 2 could introduce shiny cards
