Personally i like Wheezing/Scolipede in terms of the more meta decks but a Drudg/Pigeot EX deck can be fun as hell. Plus it gives me a reason to break out the pokemon flute. Also its amazing how many players forget how Pigeot EX works and they'll just load up their bench for me.
8:15 Most fun deck Im playing is a No Misty Vaporeon Lumineon Starmie ex deck. 2 x Staryu 1 x Starmie 2 x Starmie EX 2 x MI Eevee 2 x MI Vaporeon 2 x Finneon 2 x Lumineon 2 x Pokeball 2 x Professors Research 1 x Giovanni 1 x Sabrina 1 x Leaf Able to switch around Vaporeon, Starmie and Lumineon to hit active and bench freely. Vaporeon doesn't stay on the bench sharing it's bulk hp with Starmie and Lumineon. Vaporeon and Starmie/EX deals 100/150 damage together in one switch. Could run on 2 energy once 1 Vaporeon and 1 Starmie or Lumineon is up so no Misty coin flips required.
This sounds really fun. I am going to give it a go. I only have one Starmie EX so I might need to sub in something else for the time being. Bruxish might actually be a pretty solid choice. We will see
@@ZenCrypto-ov8zj Thank you. I was thinking you could replace the Starmie ex with another Sabrina or Giovanni since Bruxish might interfere with getting the right basic Pokemon in the opening hand or through Pokeball. I run something very similar with Pidgeot EX instead of Florges and Pokémon Flute instead of slab but only one Sigilyph, have you considered/tried using only one Sigilyph for better Basic pulls and leaves room for more slabs? Otherwise I rly like this deck :)
Can confirm this deck is the most fun I’ve had since the new booster came out. And I’ve had quite a bit of fun since then. Thanks for the deck spragels!
i think during the turn at 30:00, the guaranteed win was to kick the druddigon, leaving it at 10 hp. they had already used both potions, so you could have KO'd it on the next turn in the active and on the bench, as they had no way to KO your hitmonlee
I noticed that too. Im sure that guy was really salty when his dragonite missed, especially with how likely it was. Guaranteed win 50 50 50 50 100 100 very likely win 50 50 100 Equally likely (I think) 50 150 Guarunteed loss 200

Easy to switch around with 1 retreat cost. They'll share the damage maximizing Florges heal. Jynx on the bench charged up with 1 energy to hit those energy hungry Pokemons like Celebi. No weakness to Dark except Jynx. Only burst damage >100hp from Jynx though which could be unreliable.
Vaporean Gary ex deck is pretty amazing. rotating around just 4-5 energies throughout the game with Vaporean seems oddly satisfying. And when Gary ex on the active slot and ppl just concede realising what u are doing as u’re giving Gary ur energy from here and there. Don’t think many ppl know about new Vaporean’s ability and how useful it is.
Yes! I feel validated 😂 built almost exactly this deck on my own (except I used the promo mankey) and it is sooo good! Glad you enjoy it as much as I did!
I've always thought mythical island Primeape was being slept on. 50 dmg for 1 energy is so efficient. I run this deck with 1 copy of tauros instead of blue because of the amount of ex pokemons running around; makes easy work of celebi, mew, starmie and pikachu. It does however struggle vs the popular golem version running around. A tanky non ex is the bane of this deck's existence.
Been playing a non EX Exeggutor with Serperior. It pretty much beats any deck that relies on getting stupid amounts of energy: Charizard, Celebi, water decks that get really lucky with Misty. Egg will usually KO them in one hit while using only two energy if Serp is on the bench. Since egg isnt being played too much right now from what I’ve seen, I think people underestimate his power lol
Hes become one of my favorites by default as I canr stop getting the lil bastard including like 4 full art version. So im glad there's some decks to use him in at least
First match probably wasn't a check mate. I mean obviously the enemy new his hand cards and if he really didn't have any heal or usefull trainer cards left, then he would have needed decent luch wirh the cards he pulled in his next 2 turns. But switching to Mewtoo to finish primate, then surving marshadow's attack with 50 (or 40 hp left) and then killing it with 150 damage would have meant he just needs to survive the next attack. Just one heal and guardevoir within the next 2 rounds or the trainer where you can take Mew on your hand with full health would have been enough. It was simply too early to give up. Anyways, I think the deck shown here is decently good. I personally still prefer the version with Farfetch'd and Mew. :)
My man this deck is so fun. I just set it up and am crushing it. It makes very short work of the Gary meta. With a Hitmonlee starter, they cannot put in Gary and just sit there unable to do anything other than throw shurikens
I use another variation of this deck since the released of Mythical Island. It's a combination of this Primape + Marshadow + Aerodactyl + Giovanni & red card to prevent your opponent from evolving or building up. It's an agro deck that you want to start first sometimes for that 50 damage right from the get go.
Deck I've had the most fun with since before even Mythical Island has to be Alakazam/Clefable. Mythical Slab and the new Trainer cards have been such a buff to it too. If Alakazam doesn't perfectly KO the mon, usually a Giovanni or Clefable chip damage gets it there. PERFECTLY hits so many meta HP breakpoints like 120hp, 150hp etc.
The most fun deck for me to play in Genetic Apex was Wigglytuff + Weezing and the deck im having the most fun with in Mythical Island is Gyrados + Druddigon + Greninja. Feels so good beating up on Mewtwo players lol

However, consider the dragon cards! Dragonite and/or druddigon. These guys where it’s hard to find other powerful cards to reliably build
Drud is usually used as a wall without attacking to rack up Rough Skin damage while you build up your primary attacker. Mew EX/Dragonite has some sauce tho, only issue is it's *VERY* energy-hungry between Draco Meteor and Genome Hacking so you may find it too slow.

@@GoldStorm07 After testing it today I do find it to be too slow but I think a single energy ramp card in the future for dragons or place onto psychic freely could really make this deck cool.
I dont get the old mankey
Better . Diglett 2 wiglett 2 . Monkey 2 primeape 2 . Marshadow 2 . . More durable
Deck is disgusting. Won 8 out of 10 rounds just now. I changed it up a bit but man, the idea is so wrong lmao
i really dislike the drudd meta. Its not fun to play, its not fun to play against, its not fun to play around. Just drags out games and causes players to not do anything for 15 turns while they set up their bench. Its is what it is.

I know what you’re saying,
so I use them offensively with water and fire energy and combo with
Greninja and Farfetchd
I want to build a sniper deck with Lumineon+Greninja to counter Drudd, but I can't find a single Lumineon yet 😅
Potion seems kinda pointless in this kinda deck, pretty much everything you have gets one tapped by pretty much anything.
15:38 is painful to watch. Two Giovanni cards right there, but completely misses that Tauros is also weak to Fighting. This video featured so many misplays, but that really took the cake.
Oof yeah I did miss that
Funniest video.
marshadow might be my favorite full-art card. Maybe a bit behind the alakazam full art
@@vinny1952 If we're just talking looks, Porygon clears ez look how proud it is.
luigi mangione..............
You're having too much fun kicking people lol
This deck is so low power use. Theresno real reason to have the x-speeds. Marshadow only need 1 energy on the bench.
Revenge!
Marshadow deck go crazy
Gtfo. I built this last night with a couple tweeks. Fun deck if it rolls right.
Third🤪🦉
I feel like all the other RUclipsr are doing this deck at the same time. Copying each other. But U’re probably one of the slowest
