    - 2 big bell peppers
    - 1 onion
    - 2-3 garlic cloves
    - 1 pound ground beef (400 g)
    - 1 ball of mozzarella cheese (125 g)
    - 3 tsp natural tomato paste (30 g)
    - 1/2 cup of water
    - pinch of salt
    - pinch of paprika
    - rosemary leaves (optional)
    - 1 tsp olive oil (5 ml)
