Hi, how are the buildings not being registered going to affect the sale? Just curious because I am looking at buying something like this next year hopefully.
What would the chances of getting either structure registered be? If possible it makes it a far more attractive proposition. A lot of hard work and money needed to make the land give you an income and support you.
