In 1995, Harbaugh led the NFL in passer rating
From 1991-1997, he was the only QB not named Steve Young to win the passer rating title

Since when did leading the league in passer rating called the passing title? Passing title would be referring to yards. And harbough finished 24th in yards that year with only 2575. Not good at all.

Harbaugh was one of the best QBs that the Bears ever had. He may not have been a Tom brady, but he was competitive, he was mostly consistent, and he was a winner in Chicago. Can't say that about most Bears QBs

Wendell Davis, damn. What a shame how his career ended. Had his best year and solid in '91 with 61 rec's, near 1000 yards, 6 TDS and a 15 ya. Jim was only 57% that year, too. Next year he was solid enough, but Jim was only at 56% that year. Then in '93 the VET turf ate his knees. Before Harbaugh, they had old, washed Mac and Tomzak for him at QB, too. Watched him at LSU as a kid. Guy wasn't a speedster, or blessed with great physical ability, but he made it all work very well. Not trying to knock Jim too much here but he is a career 58%, without a really good arm for the deep ball, and almost as many INTS as TDS, too. He was a scrapper no doubt though.
