30:41 OMG , I'm like Mr Makhs. I'm always uneasy when people show me love. It gets so uncomfortable that I negate them getting to know me. I don't know if it's a self-righteous things which I doubt it is or if it's an issue of being afraid of being hurt and left despondent.

Why am I getting emotional at Mr Makhs point.🥺🥺 I am pretty much like that I try not to have expectations from people. For instance I love gifting and celebrating people and I do it regardless of whether its reciprocated or not and I dont expect anything in return.. And then I get the shock of my life when someone actually does these things for me, like whooah you actually thought of me !? Silly little me!? And I sometimes dont know how to take it, because i dont wanna get excited and be happy about it next thing I know i have this expectation now from you and when you dont meet those expectations i get hurt.. So yeah maan maybe it is coming from a place of insecurity as Mrs Makhs said. Yhoo this touched me alot. Thank you for these enlightening instalments.

I loved this episode so much. These conversations between you two are truly one of my favourite things to find on RUclips. Learning so much that’s needed. You touched me in my studio when you mentioned the issue of withholding love towards people when we’re unhappy with them. I’m so guilty. The Holy Spirit is tapping me to shift from these habits. God willing, I’ll testify of the transformation in my heart and soul.
