- When it comes to inquiring about the state of a married couple's relationship, it's wise to tread lightly, for they often tend to emphasize the challenges. Marriage, without a doubt, is a profound blessing and a precious gift, albeit one that demands effort.
It has the capacity to stretch individuals and may occasionally create discomfort during personal growth. Nevertheless, the rewards derived from such dedication are immeasurable.
In our own experience, we have gleaned valuable insights from this aspect of life, acknowledging that we may not always portray marriage in the most ideal light through our words. Let's do better:)

Marriage is a good thing for two people who love each other. You pull, I pull concept. You push, I push😊 I have been in my Marriage for 23 years, but I feel like we are still in a honeymoon stage. 🤞🏾 I reccomend Marriage if it's my kind of marriage. ❤❤

Thanks for sharing Fam, 6 Months in, I must say it depends who we speaking to. You wanna encourage but be honest as well. I do think its also okay to say we are learning everyday or figuring it out as we go because you dont want people to take your word as the be all and end of it all.

I'm not married yet but I'm a big lover and advocate for this beautiful _God_ordained_ institution so much that I usually 'tease' God that , should Jesus return before I get married then I will have to be allowed to marry in heaven, because really marriage is such a deep mystery that I we should each be honoured to experience.
But I'm also one of those who adopted the narrative of 'Marriage is hard' , I align to this narrative because I have observed that part of the reason for many young divorces are because couples went in not knowing how much the institute requires selflessness, forgiveness, servings ect.
So yeh to Mr Lerato's point I agree ,let's empower while balancing it with tips on how to win this war and also being positive about how Precious this gift is coming from our Heavenly Father and that there is sufficient grace to make it.

Really enjoyed this conversation I'm guilty of sometimes downplaying the blessing that my marriage is. I think because you don't want it to seem like the solution to everything and also people used the title to shame others. But honestly if I had a do-over I will still choose to get married because it has challenged but also blessed me so much.

I'm so glad that God is working in all of us simultaneously, to take us out of this negative talk, about our lives, marriages, age, work everything were always complaining. I'm even more happier that he is reminding us that our experiences are our testimonies therefore we should give other nuggets of survival instead of just telling them they'll need to survive. I think Phetola saying she will get married again and Lerato saying he will not get married again we can see both answers positively.
She would want to get married again because the current marriage is healthy Spiritually and emotionally so obviously she has faith in marriage and hoping to find someone better again..
He wouldn't want to get married again because of the fear that maybe I might loose this one as well or not find someone like her again.
You guys are so blessed and please cherish what you have it is rarer to find partner who understand you, communicate openly, sacrifice and compromise everything for their marriage to work.
