December 2023 . I bought the focus st Edition. Absolutely love it , I put the mountune 330 and it goes like a missile

TBH I’m not entirely sure why it wasn’t launched Stateside, seems an odd one to me

Nice review. Have my eyes on this car. How is the turning circle? I heard it can be a problem in tight spaces, like whe parking.

It’s obviously not a fiesta but it’s not awful mate never had an issue parking her
It is an amazing car. Ive really enjoyed the test drive, but went for something else at the end (Last July). The price put me off unfortunatly. 34-36k is S3/A35 territory and Fords nowhere near them. Its rare tho. I like that. I have met only one in dorset soo far. I have an I30 Fastback N if you ever wanna make a comparison video and live around.
Maybe one day sir :D I think we could do that :D

Agree with you on the launch control 😂 just pointless on a manual car in my opinion, think I’ve used it about 3 times in 18 months!
Did you get this remapped ?
My Mk3.5 ST was remapped and it felt a bit quicker than this at higher speeds .
She is Remapped with Dreamscience at 330 HP but wasn’t when this was filmed
I appreciate that many drivers will be really happy with the fake engine noise, but is it possible to turn this function off when you just fancy a bit of peace and quiet?

How is your mpg in sport mode? Keep seeing people say they get in the 30s but I'm at 25/26
So sports mode drops depends on driving

A/M roads - 25-29
Normal
B-Road - 25-29

It’s pretty good
I doubt there's something under the bonnet to pump the noise into the interior. The US MK3 had that, the euro models always only had fake engine noise played through the speakers.
Turn of phrase I used
The system is a sound synthesiser which produces artificial noise into the cabin via the speaker system which can be de-activated via Forescan software

The performance pack and LED headlights and B@O System is comes standard now don't know but the heads up display

The Fez needs some more standard tech, I know the 2020.75 model Focus has digital dash, and wireless charger as standard as well

Just ordered one, only its a ST wagon.....i wonder how its like driving on bumpy roads, given the fact that it has a thin sidewall tires ( 235/35 r19)
I’m not going to tell you it’s the smoothest car ever but it is functional and comfortable even on bumpy roads

@@hirayaman246 unfortunately not something I can help with using the stock alloys and PS4’s for winter same as summer :)

I am thinking of buying one for me. Because I do a lot of miles, I was thinking about diesel 😅 One thing worries me, those bucket seats , are they painful during the long journeys? I am a big guy 130 kg, with big legs 😊
I’m 6 foot 120KG and I find the bucket seats very comfortable indeed
I cover 15-18K a year and as much as it’s not cheap to run, I can honestly say it isn’t awful I get between 280 and 325 miles a tank. I’d highly recommend the Petrol as I haven’t tested the diesel
But as far as seats go I have no issues with them mines set perfect for me with the lumbar support and just bliss

@@srdjanpantic3836 it is expensive yes but there are some amazing second hand deals for cars with 2-4000 miles on sitting at 24-26K
Mines valued at 21K with 17,000 miles on, for me I don’t have any issues with the build quality inside certainly better than fiesta, I like the simplicity of the cabin and setup as well, for me I had a few electronic gremlins (a few people are) but I expected this, nothing that stopped the car and all were resolved by a hard reset when it went for service :)
I have no complaints a very well rounded car just a shame on the price but as before some good second hand deals out there. I got lucky as my old boys an OD at a ford dealer so got some discount
@@otrreviewsanddetailing9962 I might buy petrol, but deals in Bosnia 🇧🇦 are not so good, and I think they didn't sold any ST here, so second hand low mileage is not an option. Thank again for great review and happy new year 🎉
