What rosters are you using?? When I did the tigers torkelson was 63 over with the downloaded roster I was using, and yeah playing in that big outfield is not fun tbh I feel like my cf greene is 40 speed but it's just so oversized
Just a suggestion for when you start your long term franchise, what I do to actually make it through a season is take a pitcher and pitch all of their games for a month. So pitcher #5 for April #4 through may and so on. I skip July because of draft, all star game, and trade deadline. Just a suggestion. You play like 32 games and it keeps it moving along. Maybe two episodes per month?
I understand a Cubs fan with the hate on Javy Baez with seeing him go to the Tigers I was figuring he just hit .200 w/40 HR's and 70 RBI's. For the record he is hitting over .300 in the last 15 games but he is sadly overrated.
I put Skubal in single A for the first year, and Mize in single A until around mid-June when hes (at best) projected to return to make it a bit more realistic. I made some trades, but saw some decent stuff from Manning, and Wentz was okay as the LR. Lorenzen I ended up trading at the deadline if I remember, but he replaced Skubal for my rotation and he had decent stats and got me back some B pot prospects. My first year draft I took all SP, and after some moves, got a really young and solid rotation with Skubal, Mize, Manning, Soroka (Braves trade block), and Boyd who pitched really well in the 5th spot after I moved Rodriquez for some prospects. Boyd is 32 so not a long term option, but fills in nicely until one of the young AAA/AA arms is ready. I signed a couple guys for value deals in FA for the bullpen, but I only have 3 guys I trust in my second season. Lineup is garbage after I dumped all the veteran salaries including Baez. I think I got a low B potential infielder for him, but that albatross of a contract is gone. I called up or kept any 70+ overalls with B potential over 21/22 and I actually have won more games than I intended so far. The rotation has been average sub 3.5era, and there is a ton of speed in the lineup, so thats making up for a lot of the issues so far. I have very little power, some decent contact stats, great speed and average defense across the team.

Poor Javy...if he is a NYY or LAA its a different story...too bad baseball fans and cubs fans treat him as they do...no org signs him as their lone star player...he wasn't the lone one ever one the Cubs. Its unfortunate and disappointing to see truly how many ppl out there really do not understand that in which they love and occupy their time with...

Yeah I only watch the realistic ones which he barely does, I don’t get how it’s fun just automatically trading for the best players and signing and drafting the best guys everytime
I'll start sprinkling in more realistic rebuilds. Feel like there wasn't much change in this rebuild. Bullpen was main one & wild tatis trade. 9 players in lineup were Tigers from start. Starting pitching mainly Tigers too. I do get most rebuilds are unrealistic. But feel like teams have gotten more wild in real life too. Padres have constant changes, some trades we're seeing, etc. So feel like it isn't the wildest for me to completely change a team in a 4 season span.
I know you are a hardcore Cubs fan but Baez is turning into a cancer to teams. He did the same with the Mets. Fighting with fans because he never takes accountability for playing awful. He is the same player now with the Tigers.

You should do a 20 year rebuild with gm contracts on and you have to switch teams every time the contract is up

When I rebuild I have trouble managing the finances in free agency, and with the draft picks developing. Any tips of developing players?

Can you please do a rebuild but you can only sign and trade for players that used to play for the team your rebuilding

I had my first ever mlb the show 23 draft bust. Scouts said he was 76-92 potential and ability. Was 65 D potential. 😂😂🤦♂️🤦♂️
