I've been studying this tune by sheet music for years and I just now realized how close I am to getting it right just by watching your tips. Thanks Robert !
Best lesson I have seen yet been trying to get my head round this piece for years and I’m very greatfull for you posting this . Big thanks x
I've been learning this piece but not until I listened to yours I finally get it! I like the way you break it down, so much easier. Looks like I'm not the only one, why make it more complicated than it is! Many thanks.
Did you notice that he provides the sheet music/tab also.
instablaster...
I really like this video. I started learning this a few years ago..mostly tab..and many types of tab are confusing. I have also noticed that many musicians do it in various ways. That makes me feel good.
A beast for a beginner like me. But I just love watching you play it and want to complement you on your lighting and camera angle because I can see every finger hitting every note just so. Not everybody who shows guitar lessons on RUclips understands this important but you’ve got it thank you.
Your calm competence and even relaxed pacing is wonderful. Envious of your superb skill and feeling and your memory …. And yes … your hair!
im halfway through the vid never heard cfdgsharp sound like this man , great teacher.!
Wow, finally a tutorial on Class Gas that shows the pattern progressions without taking forever note by note. Please don't remove this video, I'm getting it all right here... thank you
it was actually very bad for starters. i found it really good, but any starter will hate this man's guts XD
@@alisater4270 I know what you mean but I've been playing just the intro and chorus parts for years, just never got through the whole thing because of lack of patience with people who post 4 parts to this guitar piece.
@@cliffwright9842 glad you got it right bud
The progressions are much easier understood by minimizing the notes of the chord.
@@alisater4270 👍
Thank you for sharing your experience and the practical sound demo! Luv your vid. Thumbs up!
Hi Rob thank you for this I like the you break it down slowly enough that I can actually 'catch' it for the first time after MANY attempts I have made in the past. I appreciate your style of teaching. :)
Nice job Robert. Got it!
Thank you
Such an amazing song
First class well done
Grande Diego!
cool . thanks
Saving this link.
YOU, my good Sir, are an Epiphany ..... I got it by the way you teach it. LIKED & SUBSCRIBED .... and many thanks ! I am looking to do my version ..... a bit beyond 'Campfire' ( LoL ) and this works for me. I realize I am not cut out to play it perfectly all Stafford/Emmanuel/Mason ..... I just want to play it and feel Goooood and make otters feel good too ! P.S. Great hair ... lucky guy ; ))
sometimes find myself playing parts of this song. I ran across some copies of it in my stuff. Kind of got me motivated again. It has so much to offer.
So learning the Am scale will help? Great vid by the way, thank you 🙏
what a great way to teach on youtube. no bullshit. honest transparent. almost 50 percent is different from the original. it sounds better. you should not pay royalties for this version. tks. Rad
Does anybody know if the part 2 video exists anywhere with the variations he talks about?
Thank you for sheet music. Handwritten..sometimes is better. It gives you freedom to put more instructions in the tab area especially. Tab was before standard sheet music was.avaiable. I think it came about somewhere around the 500s. There was this guy that had a.fascination with triangles. He developed the (🖊 tatomic ) scale for Greek theatre. Pythagoras. He would be amazed at modern music.
What model Taylor is that?
brilliant play through you Greek Adonis with the hair of Sampson himself!
Maradonas let himseld go
Is that your contribution to the love of music? Get a life.
@@pat_gtar4966 No I can fucking play already you muppet , he might want me to give him some lessons, if i have the time from recording session work
This isn't a tutorial, it's a demonstration of an interpretation. Big difference. Wasted 5 minutes that I'll never get back. Cheers.
What are the rest of the commenters watching? This was ridiculously terrible. Hey just do this, watch...
Eric clapton version is best
Terrible
He talks too much
He's a teacher how is supposed to teach the song? Hum it?
@@brucesz2334 Ditto Hey Ben .... where's your tutorial
You talk four words too much
