    The 12 minutes went by so quickly. I really enjoyed the green ball against the green background. Very soothing. Thank you for posting this video. It is really appreciated.

    I like the plain ball and this tapping sound but choose a different colour depending on my mood. Sometimes I use one colour for the beginning and change to another when I do the soothing part at the end.

    Nothing like having an ad right in the fucking middle of this! Thanks a lot it made my anxiety 10x worse.

      Ummm.... you should have KNOWN that you get advertisements. So why would you start it without using premium?
      Maybe your anxiety is because you need to learn accountability
