I’d like to share what this just did for me.
I have extreme anxiety, stress, ptsd, depression, OCD, eating disorders, etc. I haven’t exercised in a long long time. I’m very overweight and unhealthy.
I put this on to relax and get out of my head. I slipped on my headphones and turned it on.
At first I was trying to think of my issues and stressors and do the emdr but I couldn’t focus on anything but the beat and way it was moving through my body.
I kept losing my train of thought and suddenly I started moving my legs in bed to the beat. Then my arms. Then I was practically dancing to the beat and making beats in my mind to Go along with the beat playing.
Then I thought “what the heck, why not get up and dance if that’s what my body wants to do?”
So I got up and danced and exercised for 12 Mins until I was out of breath!!!
Omg I feel great! And I can’t believe I just had motivation and energy to get out of bed and MOVE.
I’m very musically inclined and have always loved beats. I’ve always been a fan of making beats and playing the drums on my legs and such. I’m not sure if it was the beats that got me moving or what but WOW. It really felt interesting for it to be moving left to right in my ears. It really felt like the beats and energy was flowing THROUGH me. ❤ thanks For this. So cool and impressive.

I just went through the other videos and while they’re all amazing this one really resonates with my brain and body as if A) I’m needing stimulation at this speed. B) mind is thinking fast and something fast like this beat is helping it to slow down.
This is sooooo neat and the way that my body reacts to this one is insane!
The others were too slow and I found that my anxiety and mind kicked back up. Then I put this one back on and BOOM! Relief. Flow. Peace. ❤

Utilize the things that motivate you to be active. If you find comforting motivation in beats then play them and go with it like you did, let it inspire you. Use what works and nurture yourself. You can do this. Being active is so good for not just your body but your mind as well and when you find things that propel that motivation then gather it, make playlists or write it down, keep a go to if you need it and use it in those moments where you need to really press through. Some days are hard to get going but if you keep putting one foot in front of the other you will get there. Build on it and be patient with yourself. Just keep going though and don’t give up. You’re gonna make it to your goals and a better state of being as long as you set a plan into action and keep working on it. Let yourself be free to thrive in your own way. I know all of this is a bit random from someone out of nowhere but I just wanted to remind you that you have everything in you that you need to succeed, you just have to dig deep and keep going 💜

I use bilateral sound along with the Brainspotting therapy I do as a therapist. All of my practice has been with using it as an auditory aid during sessions. However, I always say that listening to this music in and of itself, can help with sleep, anxiety, and focus. A client recently said this video was helpful to them. I included it in the list of music I have saved clients, and also myself. I agree with a comment above that that having more upbeat music is a good addition.

I really like your attention to details, and the interesting nods to the aspects of EMDR.
The bubbles look like fuzzy eyeballs, and pulse perfectly in sync with the bilateral music. Even the top right portions of the eyes look like they have one of those eye floaters come and go. The auditory effects are calm and distinct to their purpose, in case someone closes their eyes during EMDR.
You did some amazing work with this 🙂 Keep up the great work!
My brother suggested this, and believes it might be helpful for me. Perhaps it will be, but I'm one of the difficult ones... far too aware of every little thing and Autistic, which makes it all quite challenging. I'll let you know if it helps me, and if it doesn't, it's still amazing work regardless.

The bit that sounds like a clock ticking around 2 min 21 sec makes me feel like I’m late/ anxiety I’m not a fan of the piano either but all the other parts are lovely thank you for sharing I need to move on now ❤

Hello, I've been seeing these same two pulsating spheres just forward of my peripherals for about a week now. I have been practicing hemi sync and sound baths for maybe a month before seeing these. I just came across this video and was wondering if you've seen them as well. Love this song!

I have extreme anxiety and depression and have trouble getting to sleep. I listen to several of these videos. I especially like these ones that are visual and audio. The circles I think of like drums, so I am drumming with my hands as I listen. That keeps my mind busy enough to keep out other thoughts. I am very happy to have found your channel. I am still finding the videos I like the most. Do you sell any of these videos for download? I don't really want to do you tube premium.

I love this! I have an automatic disorder and I'm chronically off balance, along with tinnitus that drives me bonkers. This drowns out the constant ringing and has a nice beat to it without being too much! So glad I found this ☺️ ❤️

Adriane do Brasil. Obrigado 🙏
